"Property was absolutely beautiful. Check in process was not so good.1 key was where it was suppose to be.2 Should have been a welcome packet of some sort. Did not know how to turn on lights or tv. Took us awhile to turn on lights finally figured out they were operated on one of the three remotes. Still do not know what the third remote was for.3 property description said washer and dryer but did not know where it was located. Josh responded quickly that it was in a separate building and there...
