Really loved this propertys location, I think the cleaner needs to possibly replace the sheets I noticed some mystery stains, and some cobwebs in the top corners of the living room, possibly the carpet needs to be replaced it seems well loved. Otherwise I loved the spot and I had a great stay!

Great Location

The location, size, and layout were perfect for our group. The property title of “Recently Updated” is not accurate, as other reviewers stated. We were ok with it, but the furniture and carpets have definitely seen better days. We did love the fireplace, and the location is ideal, being a close walk to the Warm Springs lift.

Wedding trip

We didn’t stay! When got here there was construction in the driveway! We were not notified before hand! I had my 85 year old mother and 57 year old downs brother in law with and there was no way we could have got to the rental! Very disappointed that we weren’t notified! Contacted Vacasa and they got us in a new rental in an hour!

Perfect location for busy families mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing or visiting Sun Valley. Interior of the condo and lower deck could use some updating, but it is the location that matter!

Very nice view

This property is in a lovely location. The appliances are nice, and the bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. I gave only two stars because the carpets are very dirty and furniture is stained and dirty. There are very few screens on the wondows and almost no curtains anywhere, leading to tremendous heat and some awkward moments. The back deck has rusty nails sticking up. The bug count in the bathroom was 1 roach, one huge spider and one small.beetle. Please clean up this property.

Great Location in Warm Springs!

We were two families traveling together and we really loved all the space for everyone. Kids had a room, and both sets of parents had our own rooms with full bathrooms. The beds were super comfortable and the location close to warm springs was perfect. Highly recommend!

Escape from Arrowwood

Good location, but there were numerous dog or pet spots in carpets throughout. Kitchen floor dirty. Spots on couch. No coverings/drapes on sliding glass doors to decks so no privacy in bedroom or living room from outside viewers. Back deck wood rotten at outside. Description did not include photos of stairs. Not a place for seniors and we wouldn't have rented it had we known. Only 3 dining chairs. No chairs for deck. would never recommend this unit

Quick fun trip

We had a great time at this home, really easy to check in and had everything we could have needed on site. Convenient location, easy to access to Sun Valley and amenities. The only hurdle was the temperature outside. The home doesn't have A/C, which normally wouldn't matter in the mountains but we were there during some higher temperatures so it was a bit warm until the temp outside were down. I could imagine that this home would be outstanding in the winter with new chair lifts being installed just a block away!! Thanks for the memories.

4th of July in Warm Springs

Property was very clean upon arrival. The dinner table only had three chairs, and it’s a three bedroom condo. The chairs were very wobbly as well. No screen door to the back patio. The back patio had a beautiful view of the mountain, but no chairs or table to sit out and enjoy. There were no window coverings in the upstairs bedroom in the downstairs bedroom. This place could be really nice with a few more minor touches

Good location and view. Said they bring fire wood but did not. Some bathroom fixtures need repairs- towel racks. Dishwasher has sitting water. No napkins or paper towels. We had a lovely stay

Less here than meets the eye

The location cannot be beat (and we stayed in the next door property, not this one). BUT, the condos need a lot of work. Both decks are closed there's a sign on the sliding glass doors. They are clearly in desperate need of replacement. The nails are up on nearly all the boards. We had a lot of issues with the unit - light bulbs out in the bathrooms and both outdoor entrances. There are windows on the second and third floor that do not open - the hand cranks do not work. Good luck generating a cross breeze or any breeze if you can't get the windows open. The unit needs a careful review of all elements to determine which are not working (the deck being the first!), need repair or replacement, then a plan to get the work done immediately.

quiet and comfortable

Quiet neighborhood, met our needs, -- needs window coverings, and some attention to maintenance issues. Good thing we ended up not bringing dogs - no fence. Deck was not useable- no outdoor space for summer evenings. Warm for Sun Valley and windows need work.

Good but needs a little TLC & window blinds

The location is great - less than a 5 minute walk to the gondola and a quiet neighborhood. The unit has great views and a cool layout. Having a garage was also awesome. The deck has seen better days and has a ton of nail heads sticking up which would be easy to hurt your feet on if barefoot. Also a vast majority of windows do not have shades or blinds, including the downstairs bedroom that shares the patio with the other units. Was a bit unnerving to know someone could just walk up and look in while we slept. The carpet had a lot of smaller stains but for the price/location combo we were ok with it. We came in the summer but I can only imagine how convenient & awesome this location would be in the winter.

Great location.

The location and view was great, thanks for being dog friendly so the whole family could be there. Easy check in and Covid precautions done well. Like the layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. The dishwasher didn't work and it would have been helpful to have more kitchen towels and dry rack, especially eating all meals in.
