Downtown Ketchum

Wonderful trip to Sun Valley. The condo was in a perfect spot downtown. The third floor (above unit) got loud at times but was worth it for the location. Furniture could be refreshed but overall great property. Hopefully we’ll be back!

Was awesome and will stay there again. One note for owner, the washing machine is making crazy noises and very loud. Also, check the lock on the front door....was very sticky at times. Thanks again!

Awesome condo in a great location!

Matt,We had a great stay. Here are a few thing a we noticed. The two faucets in master are broken. The shower in queen room is missing a screw on the knob. There’s a caned light in living room hanging down. Just wanted you to know these were noticed upon our arrival.Caroline

Luxury New Condo in great downtown Ketchum Location

The property were attentive communicative and very easy to reach. We did not have problems with the property so our communication was about where to go in town, what ski shops to use, etc.. They know the town and all their recommendations worked out great for us.

Awesome Location!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay on the Sun Valley area. We skied, shopped, visited with friends and frequented many restaurants. The Condo home was an excellent location in the center of Ketchum so we walked everywhere with ease or hopped on the free bus system to get to & from the hill. The condo is nearly new, lots of natural light, and with a group of women three bathrooms with 5 sinks were really nice. We will stay there again!

This property was perfectly located and the interior was even better than the pictures. Sleeps 6 comfortably, and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to SV.

Best location in town!

We stayed here for a long weekend in February. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere in town - to get groceries, grab dinner, enjoy a drink or visit the shops. Matt was super easy to work with and the condo is beautiful. Comfy beds, nicely appointed bathrooms and a wonderful open kitchen/dining/living room space with floor to ceiling windows in the dining room. So many windows with views of the mountains! The deck was covered and had a lovely outdoor fireplace with lots of comfy seating. The kitchen had everything we could ever need, including spices, olive oil, etc. and we used the fireplace in the living room daily. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Location!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Perfect downtown location—we walked everywhere! The views are spectacular and the deck was perfect in the afternoon sun. My only feedback is that there was no hand soap anywhere to be found. We ended buying some from the grocery store so we could wash our hands! Thanks for a great stay!

amazing location and views!

We loved our stay at this condo! We've been coming to Ketchum for 20 years and have finally found our go-to condo. The views were amazing and location can't be beat. You're walking distance from all the restaurants and shops in Ketchum. Highly recommend.

Beautiful space!

It’s a well designed, beautiful space with walking access to town and short drives to skiing/hiking. We appreciate the light in there & the views. Matt, the property manager, is awesome and very responsive. We love our visits there.
