Excellent location and great host

This condo is located close to everything! We walked to the trailheads of our favorite hikes, walked to the bike rental place, farmer’s market, and restaurants. So convenient. It’s also very quiet and such a gorgeous setting! Close to the river and at the base of the mountain. It’s beautiful!Condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and appliances.Customer service was great! The host checked on us every step of the process and was ready to answer questions and offered help. Great experience!

Terrific space!

Terrific floor plan and layout for two couples. We have been coming up to Sun Valley for over 30 years and typically stay in town, but this changed our minds about location. It was still super convenient and much quieter, even though the complex was basically full during our stay. Quiet, peaceful, short, walk to river run lodge, and overall great location. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Winter Trip

Great property for our family ski trip! Walking distance to the lodge and ski lift. Also close to downtown Ketchum for dining and shopping. The space and decor were well done. Kitchen met all our needs.

Great Golf Trip

The property was ideally situated in a quiet part of town and really close to downtown with a lot of great food options. We ate at Warfield Distillery, The Kneadery, Despo's, Pioneer Saloon, and Smokey Mountain Pizzeria were all awesome! We played golf at the Sun Valley courses which are beautiful and the weather was fantastic in June. Communication with the owner Andy was great and he was quick to respond and give suggestions on what to do. Would definitely come back again.

Fall visit

This is a beautiful and well maintained condo in Ketchum. Everything seems like new and top quality. It was a perfect spot for a fall visit. We would absolutely return here for a ski vacation too.

A Great Property & Great Owner

We took a post XMAS vacation to Sun Valley for some skiing, and for a medium size family this property is a perfect setup. Clean, well equiped kitchen, nice bedding, nice location, and great access to all the fun that the area provides. Andy was likely the best owner / manager I have ever dealt with on a rental too. Very proactive, and was immediately responsive to all inquiries or local advice. Book it, and have fun like we did!

Amazing experience

We had a fantastic time as a family of 6. Andy was the ideal host, making sure everything was the way we needed it to be. He provided great info and was super responsive with any communication. It was the perfect space and location to town was easy. We walked and biked in to town. It was located right next to the path. The place was super clean and really nice. Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic spot!

We had a group of 8 for a wedding, and this property couldn’t have been better for us. It was plenty of space for all of us, and kept us close to town and all of the wedding activities. Andy could not have been more helpful or responsive either. Would absolutely recommend booking this for your next trip.

Exactly what we wanted!

Perfect place to stay in West Ketchum. The owner was easy to communicate with, the townhome was really nicely appointed and clean. Quick to either Warm Springs or River Run and close to town. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay in Ketchum!

Our family has stayed in lots of VRBOs, and this one is definitely in the top 2 or 3. The location is excellent for both skiing & town. The condo was super clean, with nice high ceilings and a great open floor plan kitchen/family room. The host is very friendly & helpful. If we come back to Ketchum, and I hope we do, this will be the first place I look to book. PS - Tator Trailor on Main Street was a huge hit with this family!
