AVOID - No air conditioning during record heat wave, downstairs tub/shower was broken and never fixed, no privacy curtain for main entrance window, "3rd bedroom" is a joke with only a small sofa, washing machine kept giving error message.

Old and hot

This was a beautiful property. First- we could not lock the door. After many tries trying to get the property manager over to fix it- we gave up and never locked the door. Hot- no air conditioning and no way to cool the upstairs so we took turns sleeping on the downstairs sofa. The pictures make it look bigger than it is. The downstairs is designed well but very small. If it is for two people would be fine. '

We Enjoyed our Stay

The condo is a cozy nice place. When you first get there, make sure that the floor heaters have been turned on. We mentioned it to the staff, but do a double check yourself. They don't heat up quickly, and it takes a few minutes to figure out the thermostats. You don't want to be doing that at 1:00 in the morning!

Great spot!

Amazing location, everything was walkable! There are two actual bedrooms, the third bed is a pullout couch that is located in a private area with a shared bathroom. Super clean and had a wonderful stay! Location is in an apartment complex but it’s nice and quiet! Street parking is in abundance and there is one designated spot. We will be back!

Great property; no way to contact owner with issues

The property was great and location was convenient for getting to the slopes. However, the internet never worked. Also, we used the DVD player and then couldn't ever get the tv to work again. There was a number listed to call for help with the tv and internet, and we called and called and waited on hold and no one ever answered. Seems like there was absolutely no way to get ahold of the owner or any support person. We were glad we didn't have an emergency or get locked out, as I don't know how we would've gotten any help.

Convenient and Close to Slopes and Town

With no short term lockers at River Run, the location was perfect. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. Would love a second comfy chair instead of the rigid chairs in the living room. Overall, we loved the place.

Comfortable and convenient!

This is a great condo - it is clean, well stocked and in a great location. We were able to walk to the ski slopes and to town (we didn’t need to drive at all once we arrived), we enjoyed the comfortable bed, and we had everything we needed to cook at the condo. It was great having a hot tub in the complex and we were happy to have laundry facilities in the unit. The complex was quiet - we never heard other occupants. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable

The property was very comfortable and convenient. Wanted to let you know the microwave did not work at all. When we first tried to work it, the display flashed random lights, but then went blank and was non operational. Also, there may still be some issues with the wi-fi, it was spotty at best and signal not strong enough to stream anything. Sports family and without ESPN cable, we attempted to stream, via chromecast, a football game and / or a movie, to no avail. The property was clean, comfortable, and convenient as promoted. Thank you

Great access and overall satisfaction for a good price.

I was at first timid about something new. I had never booked a condo and I was told that I would get and e-Mail with the lock combination 6 days prior to arrival, but I never got that e-Mail, so, I looked back at the reservation confirmation and was able to get that, but that was just "dumb luck." I usually don't get that lucky, since I am very tech challenged. Anyway, it was nice and clean with several malfunctions, which, were also workable, since access to Vacasa was good. Either they called me back within minutes or answered right immediately. I would have preferred air conditioning, but opening it up at night was all right since the local temperatures were not too high. We ran out of TP and paper towels, but the local grocery store was only about 4 blocks away. Overall, we were satisfied.

Great location!!!

Great location!! Very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. Parking was great. Had a problem with the dryer that was quickly taken care of. Only complaint was lack of comfortable seating in living room. Would definitely stay here again😀

A great home away from home for us!

We enjoyed our stay immensely, the kids had plenty of space to spread out, and being that close to River Run Plaza was a bonus, we took full advantage of the hiking and biking trails on Mt Baldy, we would recommend this to any and all looking for a spot close to gondola. It was an easy walk to great Resturaunts and the store. We would love to see this in the winter. Thank you for such a great place.

Great location, cozy condo

Stayed here with four adults, one child. Loved the ability to walk to River Run Lodge for snowboarding and other activities. Also an easy walk to downtown for restaurants and shopping. Found the condo well-equipped, clean, and with room for all of us.

Not as advertised. Much smaller than anticipated.

The unit was misrepresented and not even close to what was advertised. Didn't see any mention of the 15-20 difficult stairs required to get to the upstairs unit. Dangerous and difficult for senior citizens.
