"A lovely guesthouse with a lovely owner. It’s walking distance to everything in Keswick. Lots of information on walks etc provided. A fantastic cooked breakfast is included in the price. The only negative for me is the radiator in my room wasn’t as hot as my friend's room downstairs and I really feel the cold. Otherwise perfect."

"Amy and James have been two amazing hosts. They have welcomed us warmly and they made us feel like home. After our first breakfast, they even remembered our choices. We couldnt have enjoyed that holiday more. The hotel is in a very convenient place, close to Llanberis and close to a bus stop."

"We had a fabulous stay at The Beeches. The property was ideally located in Keswick and the facilities were excellent. We had a comfortable room which was very quiet and the breakfast was lovely. Our hosts were extremely welcome and friendly and made us feel at home. We would definitely stay at The Beeches again. "

"Very nice property with a pretty little sitting area to watch the sunset over the lake. Very clean, neat and well equipped kitchen. Check in and communication with Matt was very easy. Nice parking spot just outside the pretty garden. Would recommend highly. It’s a great location for exploring the northern lakes district and easy to get to Keswick. Very quiet and peaceful location. A nice touch was a bouquet of fresh roses upon our arrival."

"We absolutely loved staying at Roger’s home in Keswick! The three of us had plenty of room, all of the amenities we needed, and a beautiful garden courtyard to spend time together. It is a nice walk on a footpath to town, and a short distance to the Castlerigg Stone Circle. Roger was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for our stay in this gorgeous area. We hope to get back there again!"
