"I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here."

"Check in is scheduled for 4PM, which from my experience is late. On top of that, they charged an additional $25 for a 3PM check in and an extra $50 for a 2PM check in. That feels excessive. "There are widespread mold in the bathroom and multiple stains on the towels. The boiler in the kitchen was not working until I figured out the outlet breaker was tripped. The kitchen trash can does not close well. One of the windows was open in this cold weather! Toilet seat is too small for a normal person.
