Great apartment set in Kerrytown. Very clean and has everything you would want in an apartment including a full kitchen. Bathroom was updated and very nice.

We loved this place. Off street parking was easy to find, the location is an easy walk to the University, plus it’s a charming place to stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom was awesome, especially the shower! We’ll definitely go back.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay at this property when in town for a wedding. All went smoothly with the check-in process. No issues. Quiet. Close walk to downtown. Everything that you could need was provided. The shower in the bathroom was great. Bed very comfortable.

If you're looking for a great location nearby Kerrytown, Main Street, U-M campus, a nearyby hike in a municipal park or even a trip canoeing or kayaking down the Huron River, this place is for you. We found the garden apartment chalk full of kitchen and bath accessories. The owner on top of any question we had. After a long day of Ann Arbor events to enjoy, we came "home" to relax and enjoy a quiet night's sleep. That's a Go Blue thumbs up!

We were very comfortable! Best shower ever!! The space is so well designed for a smaller space that feels roomy and has all the comforts. We were so close to the shops we go to. It was a very relaxing stay. The host was generous and available if wet had questions. I would stay here again!

Everything was excellent. Description is accurate. Very comfortable and cozy! Great shower too!The host was very communicative and responsive. The apartment is close to anything you will want to do in A2! Easy access to M23 as well. We will be back when we visit again!

Great location in beautiful Ann Arbor. This was a very quaint, cozy home near the stadium/Crisler Arena. The host was very responsive. Would love to stay here again.

Accommodations were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Kathy was a wonderful host - responsive throughout the process and really went above and beyond to help with an unexpected last minute luggage “crisis”. Kathy’s home will be first on our list for return trips. Thank you!!!

The property was impressive, very clean, nice appliances, and exactly what the pictures represented. The cabinets were very well organized, making it very easy to find what you were looking for. This property had everything you needed for a restful stay. Kathy is a great host, and made sure everything was in good working order. My family and I would stay here if we were in the area again.

Great place other than what other people have said about having to park a bit away. Wouldn’t stay with more than 2 people as there is only 1 bathroom and it’s off the bedroom.

I stayed there a week and worked remote. There are nice running trails near by. The apartment made a nice home for a few days.

We had a very pleasant stay at Kathy’s place. It had everything we needed for comfortable living in between our outdoor activities. Kathy was also very responsive to our requests.

Excellent rental for a couple or small family

This was exactly the type of stay we were looking for when coming to Ann Arbor. It had ideal amenities, easy access/check-in, a beautiful bathroom/shower space, and was conveniently located. Kathy was very responsive, would 100% recommend this place!

The apartment is great - very mindful in every detail. The communication was great. My only issue was the parking situation - to me it was a significant inconvenience. There is only street parking and the closest street parking requires a neighborhood permit (not issued). Loading and unloading is tricky as is parking. There seems to be space behind the main house - if allowed parking back there would solve the issue. I didn’t feel safe with my car on the street and it was pretty far away - I couldn’t see it to monitor it.
