"This place was perfect gor us to stage outings from Coopers Landing to Homer. The motel was clean with wooden floors that reminded me of my childhood cabin. The staff was very helpful. If your fishing the Kenai peninsula, this is a great place to base your outings. "

"No frills room with an amazing river view! Old fashioned keys which was fun. Lounge on property, but we don’t hear anything from it in our room although we could see the outdoor seating area. Would stay there again."
"Excellent stay. We had three people and I had booked a room with two double beds which I thought were larger than queen. When the night clerk noted that we had three people he gave us a free upgrade to two queen beds. Such a polite staff, clean, great breakfast. Highly recommended.
