"A well-equipped, spacious house over four floors in a beautiful location opposite Leeming reservoir. Comfortable beds, nice outdoor space with lovely walks from the doorstep. Seven of us and two dogs stayed comfortably, "

"It was perfect, the pale coloured carpet was a bit of a pain we had to leave shoes and slippers down in the hall which was not convenient and also no clocks anywhere. Parking was easy and handy, and the situation of the property was lovely right by the river and a very short walk into Otley. Overall the property is great."

It is clean, well equipped and in a really handy location with the train station close by and a nice couple of wee pubs up the road. the house itself has a modern kitchen and main bathroom as well as another bathroom on the top ( 3rd Floor ). Bedrooms have good space and are clean and well maintained. It is an older terraced property over three floors and with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor, it might not suit those with mobility issues,...

"The property has a wonderful garden and great views across the valley. The hot tub was an added bonus which we enjoyed using in the evenings. Being an older home, the downstairs rooms were rather dark, but the bedrooms upstairs had plenty of light and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. The treats were a nice touch and so grateful for the peace and quiet as well as the free parking. Lots of nearby walks,...
