We offer many other luxurious accommodations that may have better exceeded your expectations, such as cabins and suites that include a bathroom and/or kitchen! Since Gingerhill is a farm retreat, we do not offer the same experience as a hotel room. We offer an open, natural space, rustic charm, and plenty of fruits that are fresh! Dear, anonymous, we are disappointed you didn't enjoy your stay. This is highly unusual. But a cottage stay on a working farm is a far cry from a hotel. I don't know where you got the idea this was a hotel. We don't advertise as such. We do offer lunch Wed - Sun. Also daily meditation and yoga on Wednesdays and Fridays. You had all of our orchards and food forests to wander through as common areas. What else were you expecting, A lobby? As for keys, most of our guests appreciate the seclusion. serenity and as you put it, " wildly romantic nature, " just outside their doors and love the trust and freedom this allows them to feel. Sorry we were not a match.
