Would be handy to know the property is 3 units under the main roof , and you share the rear yard with the amazing views with other guests as well as sharing the driveway and metered parking if you park on the street

The best!!

Loved the look and the location. I stayed on the sofa bed, so waking up to that view was a highlight each morning. It was also pretty comfy. My mates said both beds were also comfortable, I enjoy walking so I walked to Scenic World, little coffee shop near by, I had every thing I needed and would stay again.

Convenient spot in Katoomba

We enjoyed the place overall. The location and view were great and the space was fine for our family of 4. One suggestion would be to turn the heat on earlier when guests are coming as it got quite nice and toasty in the house, but it took a couple hours where we were cold.

Beautiful View / wonderful location

Within walking distance of the Katoomba Falls, Cascades, etc. Not far drive to the Blue Mountains. The sunrise views from the indoor porch were gorgeous. Dalia was pleasant and informative of places to go and things to do in the area. The gardens are fun and beautiful to walk through. Overall a relaxing and great experience.

Beautiful when the weather is good ...

The first day we arrived, it was a beautiful view and close walk to see the Three Sisters. The next day was raining/socked in with fog unable to see the view and extremely limited visibility to see the nearby sights. As it rained, the house smelled mustier. We were asked to remove shoes before coming inside but felt like the kitchen floor was sticky like it needs to be mopped. Due to the weather, we bought a frozen pizza for dinner at the market. The pizza pan I pulled out to use for cooking was greasy & gross. The kitchen overall could probably use a good cleaning. We were also disappointed to have no washcloths available for our use whilst there. When I inquired about this, the response was, "I'm sorry, Laurie, there are no washcloths for your stay." In fact, there was only one hand towel between 2 people and 2 bath towels for our 3-night stay. There are 3 rentals at this property, which makes me think they should be able to afford more towels and especially provide washcloths. I'm sure based on the view and location to many nearby sights it is very acceptable when the weather is good. Take that away and it was less than desirable. We left after the 2nd night since the weather was predicted to continue the same for the remainder of the week.

Fabulous Girls Weekend

I stayed with a group of 3 friends for the weekend, it was brilliant. Location, facilities and the view was just gorgeous! So relaxing out on the deck watching the mountains change colours.

Terrible communication

Location and property was lovely however the rest of the expensive was not as listed or expected. Clearly states self check-in however when we arrived, the property owner was sunbathing on the terrace waiting for us to arrive. The “private terrace” that’s advertised is actually shared with other occupants so you have absolutely no privacy. The owner demanded more for “another guest” however we had already informed them that was had 3 guests staying, not 2, and we were told that would not be any problem at all, but clearly was a problem that we then had to pay extra money for. Then to top it off, the morning whilst we were sitting outside in pyjamas, the owner let herself into our gated access with a gardener that we had absolutely no idea would be coming. The view was exceptional, however I would not stay again. I think they need better management for the property.

Relaxing stay with beautiful views

Spent the Christmas weekend at Sterling Manor with my mum. We found the house to be clean, comfortable and spacious with spectacular views from the dining room and lounge. We enjoyed walking around the garden and watched a beautiful sunrise from the deck.

A beautiful moment

Absolutely amazing overnight stay. The cleanliness, warm accommodating environment and breathtaking views are more than one could hope for. Definitely recommend this place for an amazing stay in Katoomba, Blue Mountains.

Amazing view, even better than the photos. Worth noting that slip on shoes are handy as they aren't allowed in the house also the town is a 20-30 minute walk away. Really enjoyed our stay.
