Amazing place! Great stay, beautiful property and rooms. The breakfast is outstanding! They offer a giant selection, and the food is so fresh. Staff will drive you around the property which is nice since it is very hilly. I wish it was a walk to the beach, but you must taxi. We would stay here again!

Amazing

This place is absolutely amazing. The property is located on a cliff overlooking the ocean. My initial room had a terrible sulfur smell coming from the bathroom, I spoke with someone at reception and within minutes they relocated me to a better room, much more spacious with a private deck overlooking the ocean. This would 100% stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The hotel grounds are stunning, offering an amazing view. The staff is incredibly friendly and always attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The breakfast was excellent—fresh, diverse, and delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others! Looking forward to another visit! :)

This is an amazing hotel, with beautiful views, excellent clean rooms, amazing breakfast and dinner. Truly a classy resort. And what makes it extra special are the incredible staff. All of them, from check-in, room service, restaurant, the golf cart shuttle (hope the brakes never fail !!). The staff are super helpful and friendly, 6 stars out of 5.

The view from the balcony and the property was breathtaking. The calm ocean wave crashing just outside your room brings a feeling of peace and serenity . The service by the hotel staff was top class . From the front desk to the porter and room service. I would highly recommend this property to others . Shuttle service was efficient too .The only con is the steep uphill from your room to the lobby would be a challenge for those who are older or not as fit .

We stayed here for two nights. Unfortunately I think it is too short. This hotel is awesome and in a great location. It is close to Karon and Patong. But once you are in the hotel it feels like you have been transported to a different world. The breakfast is great. The restaurant is on a terrace overlooking Karon beach. It is a great location to have a lazy morning breakfast The staff is great and very helpful. We will be back and stay longer.

Average stay

I found my experience somewhat disappointing. The staff seemed average, focused primarily on completing their tasks and leaving on time, which diminished the personal touch I expected. Each morning at 7:45 AM, I was awakened by staff cleaning the hotel grounds. Additionally, the bathroom did not meet my expectations. The bathtub was old, with peeling paint, and the shower area became clogged and had moldy edges. Also found a dead cockroach in the room. However, I must acknowledge that the hotel itself is beautiful with the nature and ocean view.

This place is amazing! We will recommend it to all our friends. Our room was facing the ocean. The view is breathtaking. Room itself is spacious, very clean and very very comfy. You want to stay there all the time. Breakfast is very good with amazing view. Cape Rock restaurant serves tasty and beautifully decorated food. Peace is reasonable as well. If I could give more then 10, I would do it. Highly recommended!

Very willing, hardworking and kind staff. The layout of the property is beautiful. Definitely recommend using the buggy services to get up and down as it can be a tiring walk.
