Wonderful condo with many amenities. Everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Beautiful pool with hot tubs and towel service which we really appreciated. Nice restaurant, lovely beach and walking trail right there! The lobby was great too with ability to rent bicycles, boogie boards, and chairs. Very close to shopping, restaurants etc. Excellent communication with the owners of the condo. Very quick replies to questions. We weren’t ever left guessing. We would absolutely rent from them again! Thanks, Milo and Theresa :-)

Milo was great from the beginning and throughout our stay, we even came home to a nice postcard! The home was perfect for our family of 5. Loved the central location and I loved the mountain views from all the rooms even more! I would absolutely stay there again.

The condo is beautiful and spacious. Kitchen had everything! Beds were great. Kauai can be rainy, so having three rooms with tv's and the dining table on the covered lanai, my family enjoyed relaxing in the unit when we didn't want to go out. The unit faces the town and directly in front of the lanai is a huge tree with a very busy assortment of birds, we enjoyed watching them every morning over coffee. The pool was heated, which is uncommon for Hawaii, and our daughter loved the slides. We stayed at Koloa Landing previously in a similar unit and there's pros and cons, we found being in town at this condo more convenient to groceries and restaurants. Check in was easy and the host was very communicative. We had a wonderful stay.

Our family would highly recommend this condo. The location was perfectly situated on the island. The unit was spacious, clean, and provided everything we need from beach gear to kitchen basics. The Resort’s pool was a huge winner with the kids and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub. The beach is literally in the backyard and is pristine. Every morning we grabbed Starbucks from the shopping center across the street and watched the sun rise from the beach. If you didn’t want to leave the resort you really don’t have to. Thank you for hosting our family! We would love to come again and stay here!

Amazing stay at the Waipouli! As a family of 6 I was definitely worried about having enough space. Not a problem here! Multiple bathrooms and the kitchen was big, and had everything we needed. Walking distance to groceries and shops was such a plus. I chose Kapaa since it would be so central and the location made it easy to get to all the different parts of the island. We loved being on the beach but also having the hot tubs, pool, and slides. Overall so glad we picked this condo!

Paradise

Milo and Theresa were wonderful hosts. Their home is absolutely beautiful. They provided everything we needed. Also, the property has an amazing pool, water slides, hot tubs, and easy beach access. The location is great since you can get anywhere from Lihue (15 min), Poipu (30 min), Hanalei (40 min) and Waimea Canyon (60 min) in an hour. The town of Kapaa had a lot to offer too. Milo and Theresa were very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend staying at their home. Aloha and Mahalo!

Perfect condo in the perfect location!

We loved staying here! This was our first time staying in this unit, but our second time staying at this resort. We will now always try to stay here, because it seems to be one of the few units at this resort with handheld shower heads which are game changers, especially when showering kids. The condo was clean and has everything you need. Milo & Theresa are excellent hosts that were always extremely fast to respond. My kids love the pool with the two slides and my youngest loves the kiddie area as he still is learning to be comfortable in the water. We love that we can just walk to the grocery store and the best shave ice across the street. We also love staying in Kapaa for the central location because we love to visit Hanalei (30-40 min north) and also love going down south to Poipu and Hanapepe (30-40 min south). Thank you Milo & Theresa for the amazing stay, we hope to be back soon!!

Plenty of space and amenities. Good location. Air conditioning couldn't get cool enough for us and bathroom plugs needed the breaker to be reset a couple times. Owner was very friendly and helpful.

This property was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Located close to shopping, esthetically pleasing pool. I’ve stayed at this same location in different condos several times and by far our host Milo was fantastic to communicate with and work with, best experience so far for sure! Absolutely recommend!!

Excellent stay, great condo, great location

Great condo, great location on the island if you want to visit the north and south beaches because you are basically at the mid-point. Owners are super responsive and accommodating. The condo complex has a great pool for kids. Hugely convenient to be located across street from shopping center with Safeway and other stores. Highly recommend.

Awesome stay! Loved the condo, location, grounds, pool & restaurant - everything!

This was exactly what we were expecting from the description. I had even booked restaurant reservations in advance and later realized that the location I booked was actually the resort restaurant. My teens loved the large pool with waterside. Having a grocery store and Starbucks across the street was nice too.

Great location! Clean and updated!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed staying at this condo. Extremely clean with nice furnishings. We really liked the convenience of being in proximity to both the north and south side of the island. Very convenient! The pool area is really nice and it’s on a lovely beach. I should note that swimming at this beach isn’t ideal here due to rocks just offshore, but a nice sandy shore to walk in and get your feet wet. Many other beaches are extremely close and our family enjoyed borrowing the condo’s beach gear and trying out many beaches near by. Highly recommend. We would stay here again.

Great location and plenty of room

We had a great experience with this property. With our two kids under 13 and their grandparents that are over 75, it was comfortable for everyone and we had lots of fun. The location was excellent for adventures on the island and very centrally located for easy commuting north or south. Plus the access to grocery stores and shopping and restaurants it was perfect for our family. The pool was incredible and the beach was convenient. We even got munk seals right outside on the beach property. Our only complaint was the road noise from the Safeway parking lot and the stop light just below us. We slept with the slider doors open and screens closed for the first few nights and the busy road was definitely a factor with noise. But that does come with the convenience of stores and restaurants near by so I can’t complain about it much. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Kauai Stay with Grandparents & Kids

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. It’s our second time at this resort but first time at this unit. The resort itself is awesome for kids and the separate hot tubs for adults and families is great. We saw a seal one day on the beach! Having Safeway across the street, walking distance was super convenient. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen. Driving North/South from Kapaa was super easy and Kapaa is a cute town with many places to eat. A condo when traveling with little ones is a must for the washer/dryer use, full kitchen, separate living space and lanai areas especially with grandparents and this unit checked all the boxes. Milo is super responsive and all the info you need is communicated well and ahead of your stay. You’ll love the spacious bathrooms and living areas.
