kitchen was well equipped. pool was great. I think hard wood flooring would be a cleaner feel. paper instructions for the washer and dryer and coffee maker. Listing of good places to eat in Kapaa. Note that most places close on Sunday.

Great pool area and resort

We had a great stay here. We got locked out of the room before checkout, which was the only hiccup. The kids loved the pool area although the water was cool. The condo was beautiful and equipped with good kitchen supplies. Mahalo!

Beautiful condo

The unit was beautifully updated and spacious with a view overlooking the pool and ocean. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Complex was very quiet. Will definitely stay here again!

Quiet and relaxing

A great place to stay. Condo had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Central air was so nice to have, I don’t think we could stay somewhere that didn’t have it now. Hallways were so quiet it felt like we were the only people on the floor. Will definitely stay again.

I want a refund. Our AC unit failed every morning at 4 am in the morning. There was also a complete black out of the nights. I am never staying at this place again. The room was light a sauna. I will write corporate later.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was very nice. The bed was super comfortable. We had a great view of the pool and the ocean. The kitchen could use more serving dishes. There are no wine glasses. We never could get the soundbar to work and the TV’s have limited channel selection and no Roku. These were minor distractions and we enjoyed the condo very much.

Relaxing

Just what we needed. Love the wolf stove and subzero fridge. The bed and pillows were so wonderful! Also having a washer and dryer. I've stayed at this resort multiple times and love it.

Even better than it looked!

Our condo was so spacious and comfortable. The views were gorgeous and access to the pool/water was quick and easy. The location is quick to reach from the airport and walking distance to groceries, stores, and restaurants. The pull out bed in the couch was comfortable and easy to use. The water slides and hidden waterfall cave at the pool were a big hit with our 9 year old as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Calm, and Inviting

After a flight and the logistics of getting a rental car, this room was a cool and calm welcome. There were packets of cookies and coffee for us on the counter and the space was very clean. Little details like an electric kettle (kept in the cabinet) and some stain remover for a minor spill on a shirt were great. Any questions were replied to very quickly. A view of the pool and the ocean beyond was the icing on the cake.

Nice Room

This room is nice and as advertised. The only thing that is different is that there is now a palm tree that blocks part of your view due to his current height. The actual sitting balcony is off the bedroom and not the livingroom, not a big deal just not what I expected. The unit was clean and well stocked with dishes and appliances. I was surprised that there were no basics like salt and pepper. I have rented many units in various locations and this was a first for us that it was truly bare cupboards in regards to that. The bed was comfortable, the huge bathroom was very nice, and the unit is conveniently located in the resort. Be aware that there is no pool snack shack and the pool bar/restaurant is closed 2 days a week and doesn’t open until 4 the other days so plan accordingly.

Beautiful resort

The condo is set up well for cooking our own meals and it’s so convenient being across the street from the Safeway! Pool is fabulous & there is easy access to the bike path running north along the water. Lots of families but it felt very comfortable. Mahalo!

Beautiful Condo! Perfect for families and great location

If you are a family with kids, this condo is for you! The property is gorgeous and has an amazing family friendly pool! The location of the property is great for those wanting to explore both the north and south end of the island as you are right in between. There is also access to Safeway grocery store, restaurants, shopping and more across the street. You'll find other great shopping retreats within 5 minutes. The restaurant onsite was only serving dinner at our time of stay and it was absolutely amazing! Be sure to book a table ahead of time. The beach right behind the resort is too rough for swimming, but a beautiful spot to watch the sunrise. We even spent many hours just cooling our feet and looking at the shells and coral that wash up on the sandy beach. D402 has to be one of the best rooms on site. The view of the pool and ocean were incredible! The condo is spacious and well decorated. We felt very spoiled with the new and large tv in the living room and one in the bedroom. There is also a computer and printer in the room, but we did not use. The kitchen was large and high-end. Note, we were unable to find any bbq tools (to use on the shared grills by the pool) and there was not any salt, pepper, or cooking spray. We bought cooking spray, sandwhich bags and foil to help stock the kitchen. The laundry machines were newer front end loader models and worked wonderfully. The bathrooms were huge and clean. The King size bed was amazingly comfortable! The only downside to the room was the extremely uncomfortable sofa with sofa bed. The sofa bed was as expected as sofa bed and not the most comfortable. The thing that was surprising was how uncomfortable the sofa was when set up as a sofa! We didn't even sit on it, it was so bad. We also could not figure out how to run the living room ceiling fan which would have been nice when we had the doors open. Overall, we loved the property and the condo! We have already recommended it to many friends and family and we hope to return in the near future!

Met All Our Needs

Familiar with the property from previous trips, this unit did once again not disappoint. Great location midway between north & south attractions on island, it’s super convenient and lovely. Like close location to start of Kauai multi-use path. Unit well-maintained, stocked with water toys and lovely view with extra height in main room. In-unit washer/dresser a real plus. Definitely worth it.

Perfect location

Clean, beautiful place with a great view. Loved the pools, spas, beach access and more. Enjoyed a couple’s massage at the spa on-site and rented bikes as well. All was fabulous! Would Definitely go back!

Very Impressed with this property

This was the perfect room for me and my 2 children ages 9 and 12 who love to swim. The room has a fully stocked kitchen and Safeway is just across the street. The pool provided hours and hours of entertainment. There's a great restaurant. Check in and check out were super convenient. I highly recommend and would book again for our next trip.

Wonderful resort

We spent 5 relaxing nights here. The unit is amazing with a huge bathroom and spacious kitchen. The pool is great for kids. The beach was not swimmable while we were here. There are several restaurants and 2 grocery stores is right across the street. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Kauai.

Location

As a first time visitor to Kauai this was a perfect spot. 45 minutes to the south and 45 minutes to the north will get you anywhere. Also, loved the fact that Safeway Market was right across the street.
