If you are looking for the great spot for a relaxing vacation on Kauai, Wailua Bay View 315 is a fantastic choice. Great location! No AC except in bedroom (this was noted in the listing). There was a fan in the unit but it was broken. Fortunately, we were able to fix it which made it more tolerable

Location, location, location

Beautiful front row seat to the ocean. The condo was clean and provided a nice place to lay your head after all the adventures of the day. A quiet condo for complete relaxation.

Perfect location for us

We’ve been to Kaua’i several times, so we’ve “been there, seen that”. This trip we just wanted to relax, close to a beach and local stores. Kapaa is perfect for us and Wailua Bay Resort makes it even better, especially this condo. Incredible views, just steps from the beach, and a very short walk to the Coconut Marketplace.

Great view and location

Communication was excellent, the unit has everything you need. The location is great, with a bakery right across the street, walking distance to Lava Lava club restaurant and the Coconut Marketplace. The property is quiet also which was a huge plus for us.

The view was wonderful and the condo had everything we needed. Cindy was easy to get in touch with and Bryan the property manager was always around and helpful. This has nothing to do with the condo. But a word of warning do not use lanikai st to make a left hand turn on Kuhio hwy. We got in a really bad accident. The police have been trying to get the county to close it to left hand turn because it is so dangerous. So turn right and go down to the next left and turn around it may take an extra 2 minutes but it is worth it. But don’t stop that from staying at the condo because it is great!!

The location right on the ocean is ideal. The only downside is the Road beside the complex can get very busy.The renovation set of been done are very nice, but there is more to do such as replacing the old fridge microwave and dishwasherIt would’ve been very nice to have an air conditioner in the living room even a small portable one because it sure got hot

Love this place

Perfect location, quiet, except for the ocean. So close it was amazing. Nice pool. And they thought about the women... all the hair tools, made it nice to see that they have you covered

Great condo for a reasonable rate

This condo is not a resort property, so if that’s your expectation you are in the wrong place. If you want a great place to stay while exploring Kauai this is a wonderful vacation condo though! My wife and I did not spend much time in the condo itself because we were mostly out exploring or doing activities, but it was comfortable and in a very convenient location to the rest of the island. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent view and convenient location

We enjoyed the excellent ocean view everyday, having breakfast on the balcony. The unit was conveniently located for grocery stores, cafes and right across from a Shell gas station. We cooked our meals often and we are thankful for the stainless steel cookware, well maintained dinner set and silverwares. For sightseeing, we enjoyed the beautiful Waimea Canyons, Poipu beach and the beaches at the north side.
