Absolutely PERFECT stay at Paradise Found! I actually spent 6 hours looking at every hotel and condo in Kauai and ended up cancelling a hotel booking to stay here, and I have zero regrets. Our family could not have have rented a better VRBO! Just as shown in the photos, the views are gorgeous and the condo is very well appointed, spacious, and secure. The unit has EVERYTHING you need! Beach chairs, beach towels, games, books, a nice bluetooth stereo, two balconies with comfy and ample seating, closet space with hampers...and a huge folder of restaurants and local attractions with personalized reviews! Ken is so kind and helpful and will answer all of your questions. The area around the condo is quiet and safe, and we appreciated being able to walk to the Coconut Marketplace for groceries, Italian food or BBQ, or just to gift shop or get a gelato. There is also Lava Lava right next door. The kitchen of the condo, however, is chock full of every single cooking utensil, appliance, or dish you might need! The pool is quiet and clean, the grounds are immaculate and full of beautiful flowers and plants, and there is a lovely sacred site on the premises to reflect or watch the daily sunrise. Beds and living room furniture were so comfortable. This unit feels like authentic Hawaii!! I'm sure I forgot to mention something, but I feel like I covered all of the important aspects. Thank you, Ken!! We will be back!

This rental was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed for our family vacation. Listing was accurate and rental was as pictured: clean, has AC, has a washer/dryer, and was fully stocked with beach stuff and games, etc. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future!

Amazing views, beautiful condo

We had an amazing time during our visit. The condo was beautifully remodeled and had everything we needed during our stay. Closet is filled with games and water toys, boogie boards, etc. Best vacation rental experience we have had.

Unbelievable location and views! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, groceries and shopping! Walked across street to Kayak excursion to Secret Falls! Rented bikes near by and rode along the beach for miles! Condo well stocked, even had a closet full of beach gear and toys! Wonderful Hosts! Thank you.

Lae Nani is Paradise

This was all we expected and more. The owners have thought of everything! The location was perfect. No day trip was too far away. The views are absolutely stunning! The landscaping is beautiful, the pool clean and refreshing, and nice restaurants are close by.

Believe the hype: Lae Nani is everything you’d desire—and more. Our family of five enjoyed this wonderful home for a variety of reasons. To begin, the home is spacious and extremely well-appointed—from kitchenware to beach gear—and everything in between. The home owners certainly put plenty of thought in how to make guests comfortable. The location and grounds were top-drawer, manicured, magnificent, meandering down to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. The pool absorbed us for many hours—also uncrowded. From Lae Nani, we easily explored Hanalei Bay, Poipu and the immediate Wailua River. But, in truth, we spent most of our time in the comfort of Lae Nani. We’d certainly be happy returning here or recommending it to family and friends.

Wonderful!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The views are incredible! The condo was very comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. They even had beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, toys for the kiddos and boogie boards for the beach.

Just as they said- Paradise Found

This place was amazing! Pool was so close I could have thrown a tennis ball in it. The beach was just beyond, I would have needed a great arm to throw that one. Perfect beach for little kids and new swimmers; as there is a safe swimming hole protected by a rock barrier that gets fresh water at high tide..the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked to cook anything. They have on hand sunscreen to pool and beach stuff. We will be back.

Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Stay Once Again

Having stayed at this unit last year as well, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again. The Lae Nani condominiums are located in our favorite part of the Island (Kapaa/Wailua area), and this unit is an especially nice one. In particular, the furnishings are very tastefully done, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the beds are comfortable. Two features that are special with this unit are that it has an in-unit washer/dryer (with many units, you have to use the group laundromat facilities) and the unit has AC in in both bedrooms as well as the living room. Although AC is not really needed/useful for 90% of the time, it is a great option to have when needed.We have also found the owner/manager of the unit, Ken Wachtel, very responsive and helpful. We are hoping to stay in this unit again.

Just perfect!

The condo was very nice, located on a perfect beach. Dining and shopping were in walking distance. The condo was well furnished, and we had everything we needed including beach towels and beach chairs. We loved that we could have the windows open on both the front and the back of the condo, so we could enjoy the ocean breeze. The entire property was well-maintained and beautiful.

The location, views, and beach of the condo was supreme. The location was central to both ends of the island so made getting around super convenient. The views, beach, and pool made our lazy days super enjoyable.

Very nice condo community. Grounds well kept, beautiful ocean view, felt safe, quiet. Our condo was nice with amazing ocean view. It was clean with the exception of the main lanai off of the living room. Lanai floor had not been cleaned after the last party. The lanai floor was sticky and dirty. Some kind of "unknown" problem with the primary bedroom ceiling fan with light. The light was off when I went to bed but then in the middle of the night the light came on and it was unbelievably bright. Wakes you right up :( . The bed in the primary bedroom is very comfortable and my friend said her bed in the secondary bedroom was also very comfortable. We didn't use the TV, couldn't figure out how to use regular cable TV channels. Overall we rated the condo an 8 out of 10.

This unit is just as beautiful as advertised. The view facing the pool and beach can’t be beat. The interior is tastefully decorated and spacious enough to comfortably host our larger family (staying in other units) for gatherings. Having 2 bedrooms was ideal for managing a child and a baby. It is surprisingly well stocked, both for the kitchen and the pool and beach. We only wish we knew all that was available ahead of time so we could have avoided bringing things that were already there (e.g. travel crib), Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect views and location

Condo was so comfy and had everything we needed. Very well stocked. The view from our balconies was my favorite and I spent every morning enjoying it. Kids loved swimming and and such close beach access! Just right there. Central location to go south for Poipu beach and lots of restaurants to choose fr nearby. Just the perfect place. We were 5 people so we utilized the aero beds which were easy. Loved it we will be back!

Incredible Vacation

The stay was so enjoyable. The views were amazing. The condo was well stocked with items need for the beach and for cooking, as well as sleeping comfortably. We loved walking to the coconut marketplace and everything was so convenient and a pretty easy drive to our adventures we planned for the week. We would absolutely stay here again. What a gem!! We loved it.
