Soak up the sun at the beachside pool, hot tub, tiki bar, and grilling area after fun-filled days on the shore. A few paces from the beach, your condo is also within walking distance to Coconut Marketplace. You’ll love the easy access to the entire island from the desirable East Coast location!



    Located in the oceanfront Niihau Building, your studio condo is filled with thoughtful touches. Enjoy morning coffee and beach sunrises on your private lanai with an oceanfront view. Whip up beach snacks in the kitchenette - with a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Extras include AC, WiFi, TV, and beach towels.

    THINGS TO KNOW

    This vacation rental is not equipped with a washer/dryer. However, towel exchanges are offered for guests every Monday and Thursday.

    Spalling repair will begin on June 23rd, and expected to be completed by August 18th. Construction on the railings, walkways, and stairs will take place between 9:00 am, and 5:00 pm.

Our balcony overlooked the beach! It was much closer than we expected and was a welcome surprise. The Coconut Marketplace was just across the parking lot and included restaurants as well as shops. It was a great location, easily accessed and close to all our adventures.

The room was in a good location and provided a wonderful view. The kitchenette was smaller than I would have liked and the microwave only a few buttons worked. The drains in the bathroom were easily clogged but we were able to unclog them easily with a plunger. Overall it was fine but I probably won’t book it again.

Best stay ever

We had such an amazing stay! Plenty of bathroom towels provided 4 beach towels. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Nothing beats the ocean view!

Convenient location

The grounds were so pretty- lots of plants and flowers! We liked the balcony facing the ocean and easy access to a market, coffee, and restaurants. It was also a nice location to access either the west or north side of the island in a short time.

Location!

After a long travel we wanted somewhere easy to stay, with a kid who is unsure about literally everything, the beach view with my morning coffee was great and there is a great area for walking a shopping a stones throw away. Cozy spot for the three of us, not sure if you want many more in that space, but just right for us.

Perfect location feet from the water

This property was beautiful. The landscaping was amazing, the room face the ocean which was only about 30 yards away. We really enjoyed ours stay here. It's a great location in the middle of the eastern coast. It makes it easy to get to the North shore or the South shore as you explore the island.

The property was one of the nicest, cleanest, most convenient and beautiful place we could have imagined. The host and property manager were responsive, a joy to deal with and very accommodating. Wonderful property, owner and management team. Val is the best!

Beautiful Spot
