Clean, Comfy and Convenient, but Watch Out for the Bed Leg!

The resort has a great pool area, loads of lounge chairs, beautiful landscaping, and a clean well-equipped fitness center. The beach out front is picturesque (though unswimmable) and bordered by a long walking/biking path.The condo was nice, and we really appreciated the washer/dryerbut the WiFi was terrible and the TV couldn't get enough of a DirecTV(?) or WiFi signal most evenings, so we did without TV. The master bedroom bed is super comfy, but is unfortunately placed so that when you enter the bedroom from the family room you almost automatically stub your toe on the closest heavy bed leg. I broke my toe on the first night, and wrapped towels and pillows around the bed leg to prevent further injury during the remainder of our stay.

Perfect place for the family. Could go north or south or just stay out. Grocery store across the street. Perfect. Check in was a breeze and we had everything we needed.

Nice condo great location

Nice stay. Great location on the beach. I wished we had booked ocean front but missed that when I booked. We had an issue with the AC and the staff took care of it promptly and without hesitation. Overall a nice property but there was no view and so it was not the best but a clean comfortable unit.

Wow! Fantastic Property with everything

Huge 1 bedroom condo, 2 baths, top of the line appliances, beautiful grounds, amazing pool, multiple hot tibs, great fitness center, right on the beach, and the Oasis restaurant is a 5 star place to eat as well. Will stay again on next trip to Kauai!

Incredible stay! Can't wait to come back!

Everything my family of 3 could need- from beach gear to washer/dryer to everything in the kitchen needed for my kiddos to make me breakfast in bed! Resort was awesome too- with pool and hot tub. Convenient parking. Location was great for restaurants, grocery, and for being right in the middle for driving between North shore and South shore beach locations. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Incredible stay in Kauai! Wonderful pool and location.

Everything was above and beyond our expectations. This is the best spot we've stayed at in Kauai. Great location, beach close by. Fantastic pool and an amazing room. Top-notch all around. We will stay here again and we've recommended it to our families as well.

Great location and Amenities; furnishings need updating

The location was great, grocery right across the street. On the beach great for sunrise, the Pool and hot tubs were great too. Apartment was clean and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Our only complaint was about the furnishings: the bed and pillows really need to be replaced. A king size bed was nice, but it was not a good sleep. We're normal sized people in our 30s/40s and don't normally have back problems upon waking up. The sofa and bar stools have been sat out of cushion. The foam has collapsed. Everything still looks ok but is long in the tooth.

First time in kauai

Our condo was great for two adults! We were literally seconds from the beach and had a rather private patio outside the bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was very clean.

A wonderful stay!

This condo is such a gem. The property management does a great job with communicating everything prior to arrival, including gate codes, parking & directions. The condo was well appointed and clean. The AC worked really well and my kiddo loved the large soaking tub. All of the appliances worked well during our stay and we loved the dual water slide pool and breach front location. Will definitely be back!

We well definitely rebook the next time we are back in Kauai. Great spot for a family or friends traveling together. Close to a lot of restaurants and stores, and the best feature right next to the beach!

Glad to be back…

The first time on a family vacation after the pandemic and wow.. so glad we were able to stay here again! Rooms were great, clean and functional. This unit in on the first floor and you can see the sunrise through the dining room window. They have buckets and shovels, pool noodles and boogie boards so you don’t need to bring them. The kitchen is stocked with spices, aluminum foil, olive oil.. so just go to Safeway across the street and cook at home!

Not what we thought we were getting online

We saw a picture of 2 beds in the room and an ocean view. The property had an ocean view, across the street but our room did not. On our receipt when we got to the property there was a small note on the bottom that there were no ocean views available. We still paid the same as if it was ocean view. That was disappointing.
