The host was very responsive prior to our arrival. Check in was easy. The property is amazing. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals ourselves. There were lots of board games, books and beach gear available if we wanted them. Everything was perfect and we had an amazing time. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Fantastic Property

We very much enjoyed our vacation. The property was fantastic. The location is great if you want to explore north shore and south shore and the property is very close to the airport. The pool was wonderful. We got up early to see some sunrises, which were amazing. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The communication was very good. Alex was our contact and he was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Waipouli Resort is our favorite

This was our 3rd trip to Kauai in the past 3 years.We chose to stay at this resort due to it being the perfect location for us. The Hosts/Owners made the booking very quick and easy. Great communication. The Property Manager Alex was there to answer any questions we had or if there were any issues, there were none.This room is extremely nice, very large rooms, the beds were outstanding. The room has everything you need for a day at the beach, chairs,umbrella,ice chests and even swim gear, life jackets and toys for the kids.Parking and access to the room is excellent.The laundry area has a large washer and dryer, they look brand new, the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils.This was a much needed vacation for us, we couldn't have had a better experience, having this exceptional room definitely made all the difference. We are thinking about another trip next year, hopefully this same unit will be available. Greg & Bella

Great stay

Great central location on Kauai that let us easily get to both the North and south sides of the island. The resort itself is excellent, the kids very much enjoyed the pool and slides. The room is really big! More than enough space for all 5 of us, quite comfortable and well kept.

We had a great time. Place was as listed, clean, and centrally located. Great to have the pool and beach right out the front door. Was able to walk for food and shaved ice. The only thing that could have made my trip even better was a little spice and coffee supplies to get you started.

Lovely spacious unit, more than enough space for our family of 5. Third bathroom was perfect for creating a dark nap space for baby. Pack and play provided by host in perfect condition. Plenty of free parking, several dining options/grocery stores within walking distance.

Loved the location, but had a couple flaws

We loved the location as it was halfway between the north shore and south shore making day trips to the Canyon or Princeville ideal. We were there when the big storm hit, so only downfall was when bridge went out from the crane, making travel the airport or south very slow going, but at no fault of the owner. Only things we were disappointed in is that there was no cupboard space for food. All the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen were full of dishes, pots and pans, so there wasn’t a place to put food in other than fridge, so a lot of food had to stay out on the counters. We did encounter several roaches in the kitchen cupboards, which we were ready for because it is Hawai’i, so be prepared to rinse your glasses, plates, bowls, silverware etc before using them. The A/C never worked right. It never got lower than 76 in the condo with it turned on, so it was a bit muggy until night. If you’re not used to heat and humidity, it can be overwhelming. We give it an 8.5/10 overall. Would stay at Waipouli Resort again.

Perfect location on Kauai

Beautiful property and well appointed condo. Our hosts were gracious and available. Would definitely recommend for families, friends or anyone. Restaurant on site is excellent. Pools and hot tubs were great with plenty of room for all. The location is perfect for exploring the island as it is centrally located. Thank you John and Jenna!!

Wonderful stay in Kauai

Our family of four adults (my husband and I along with my parents) and a teenager stayed in this lovely condo. From the beginning, communication with John was easy. He answered all questions that I had. The unit itself is in a great location by the pool, parking lot, towel desk, bbq pit, and you can see the ocean from the lanai. Seeing as we had 5 people, the two bathrooms were great to have. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. I really appreciated the laundry pods that were left as I forgot to bring some. We would definitely recommend staying here, and we would again! The location is perfect for going to Princeville, Waimea, or anywhere in town.

This was a great place for our family. Centrally located on the island, close to swim beach parks, restaurants within walking distance. Stores and groceries close by. Pool and hot tubs were great, clean and warm. Everything as advertised.

Great condo on the beach!

Condo was very clean and well appointed. Resort had ample amenities. Great location on the beach and close to services. Only gripe is the onsite bar and restaurant was not open until 4:00 pm. No food and drink service by the great pool.
