The hosts were AMAZING nice and accommodating. The condo is just as advertised... amazing location and beautiful views. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking and the outdoor storage closet had great beach items (beach chairs, boogey boards, yoga mats, coolers etc.) would 100% stay here again. One thing to note is the bathrooms had soaps but did not have shampoo and conditioner. Not as issue as we brought some and were able to get more at the grocery store!

Everything about this condo is great - the location, the beach, the facilities (pool and tennis court). It seems the place was recently remodeled and all appliances and furniture look brand new. The best rental I have ever had.

Great stay

Great location, nice condo with an amazing view and terrific location near shops and restaurants with a nice beach out front and pool. Was a great stay and had everything we needed - great to have beach chairs, coolers, etc to just pack up and go.

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our time at Lae Nani 321 so much! The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The pool was nice and big and refreshing. Proximity to the Coconut Marketplace with many shops and restaurants was very convenient. Close to many activities. The unit itself was just as shown online. One thing that would be nice is if the unit had a couple of beach chairs to take along to explore other beaches on the island. Overall, a wonderful trip!

Living the Dream on Kauai

After the events in Maui my wife and I had decided to go to the island of Kauai. We were scrambling to find lodging and just by chance this property came on the market after a recent remodel. It is just in a perfect location on the corner of a building so you get fantastic ocean views in two directions. The private beach area is less than 100’ away so you can enjoy the sound of crashing waves, long distance views toward Lihue and beautifully landscaped grounds including a nice pool 50’ outside the door. We spent so much time on the lanai just enjoying the scenery and sounds and you will too. The property is north of Lihue in the town of Kapaa and we really liked the local town as it had lots of options for dining and all the essentials like a grocery store without the crowds of Lihue or Poipu…not to say it was quiet but a little less busy and very central for touring about the island. The condo itself has two very spacious bedrooms and baths which appear to have benefitted from the recent remodel. The open area is very comfortable and the kitchen is adequate for your needs. This condo is just lovely and was a perfect place for us to enjoy the island. Please note that part of the remodel included adding AC units in the bedrooms so the issue raised in reviews about it being hot is eliminated. We literally had no complaints and would definitely look to stay here again if returning. I know it’s expensive, but one of the few places that I would say truly the cost.

Beachfront Living

Overall we were pleased with the property. However, the ad said the unit was airconditioned, which is only partly true. The living room area has a mini-split AC unit but the bedrooms had nothing but fans. The night we arrived the unit was hot, stuffy and humid and we got almost no sleep. We recommend adding a mini-split to the master bedroom.

Kappa Kauai

Condo was in a very nice, well groomed compound. Was relaxing and quiet. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, we ate many meals there. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the property was central to everything we wanted to do, see, and experience. Not a lot of great restaurants in the immediate area, but the island is small and so drivable that you can get to excellent restaurants within 20 minutes drive. Property manager was helpful and answered all questions quickly. I would stay here again.

Better than described

The listing/photos of this unit do not do it justice, it is one of the best we have rented. It is both clean and comfortable while having a "million dollar view" from two locations. The main balcanoy has seating for 6 and looks directly at the water. It is steps from both the beach and the pool which along with the landscaping is maintained in a top notch manner. The management team did a great job with two small issues we had also. The unit is within walking distance of shopping and dining options. I would not hesitate to reccomend this home to friends and family and next trip to Kauai I wouldn't bother looking anywhere else.

Fantastic Condo!

Loved this condo! For starters, the Lae Nani complex is a gem, very well laid out, grounds beautifully kept, by far the best condo complex in that area. And this unit is one of the best in the complex in location, a corner unit in the center of the complex, which allows for panoramic views of the ocean, the views are truly stunning. This alone made my whole stay. In addition, the condo was clean, well maintained and it was very comfortable overall. Yes, it has carpet, oh well, not a big deal. The little annoyances that I see mentioned by other reviewers melt away with the overall package and experience. In addition, a couple of little surprises: kitchen knifes that cut, and rain shower heads (appreciated coming from the highly water conserving CA). I would have booked again for Spring Break, but it is not available, so will get another condo in the same complex. Re the complex, a couple of suggestions: (1) provide pool umbrellas, there is absolutely no shade in the pool and (2) fix the 3 broken washers (6 total), it gets hard to do laundry with only 3 functioning washers and all the housekeepers doing the condo laundry for towels and sheets at the same time. Overall a brilliant experience!

Beautiful location

Property had not been cleaned on our arrival but management was quick to get someone over there. Had small issue with AC that took them couple of days to get to and even after it was repaired the bedrooms were pretty warm at night. This place is great and the view is outstanding but it does need a few upgrades. This is a small thing but it would be nice to have a coffee maker with a timer on it. I would still recommend this place to anyone but if you like to sleep cool I wouldn’t stay there in the summer. But absolutely beautiful view and location

GREAT LOCATION, NICE LAYOUT

As usual with rentals small things need attention to bring in the wow factor, electrical plugs nearly falling out, bathroom needs reno, dust on fans everywhere and thrown onto walls. With a few extra minutes of cleaning fans, exhaust vents will go a long way and is easy to do. A built in AC unit would be great but for sure coverings on the eating area will help keep the condo cooler. Overall a great choice to stay, good restaurant next door.
