This condo was perfect for our party of two. The location in Kapa’a was exactly what we were looking for - easy drives to Lihue and the north side of the island; good restaurant options nearby; a grocery store right across the street; a fantastic pool and easy access to the beach & walking path. Not a bad drive to Poipu either. For our prior visit to Kauai we stayed in Poipu and felt like it was a hassle to drive to the north end and on heavy traffic days just driving to Lihue was a pain. Staying at the island’s half-way point was perfect! The condo was very well stocked with basic necessities which simplified our grocery trips. The condo is very clean with comfortable furniture and full size washer & dryer. There is AC as well as two ceiling fans. The condo’s location is around the corner from the pool so while you have easy access to the facilities, you don’t hear the noise. Gemma is very communicative and provided all of the instructions we needed as well as her personal recommendations for island food & sight seeing. We loved this complex so much that we plan to return again soon.
