The good: Convenient location and unit was mostly clean, tidy and comfortable to sleep. Restaurant was good and so close! Unit is also super close to the pool entrance and to the beach. Here’s the not so good: Master bedroom patio doors open adjacent to the restaurant kitchen, with the sound of loud music and smell of fried food along with employees gathering at the kitchen window during busy times. We felt uncomfortable to have the drapes open or sit on the “private lanai” any time, day or night. Unit details 2 bathrooms one with a jetted tub and shower….but only had a large bathtub…no jets and no shower. Second adjoined bathroom had a tiny shower. Disappointing and definitely would not stay in this unit again for these reasons. Utterly shocked I didn’t read anything about this in the reviews.Some other issues to note: Pots and pans are damaged and need to be replaced. Drapes in bedroom have holes and look like a planetarium in the morning (minor). Beach was not swimmable when we were there. Heavy traffic directly outside the back door which travels from the kitchen to the restaurant, so we never felt comfortable with the drapes open. Also one of the few units at this property with no screen doors. We hated feeling stuck inside with no windows or doors to see outside (as all face the same walkway between the kitchen and restaurant) or no privacy. Host offered a refund day two when we mentioned the issues if we wanted to leave so no complaints about communication
