Great Unit with Lots of Extras!

The unit was wonderful! The kitchen was fully stocked with nearly every utensil I could ask for! And the storage closet on the lanai contained four beach chairs, a couple umbrellas, three sets of snorkel gear, and an assortment of floatables for the pool or ocean! We stayed 10 nights and having the washer and dryer was huge! GREAT stay!

Beautiful!

This unit is clean, spacious, and has a fantastic view of the ocean! Everything we needed (beach towels, cooler, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrella, and more) was included! The Lae Nani property is beautiful and well-maintained. The pool is clean and large. Also, this property is right next door to the Coconut Marketplace and Lava Lava. And staying in Kapaa meant we could visit all parts of the island with just a short drive. We are so glad that we rented here!

Family adventure with spacious condo

Beautiful view of the ocean from lanai

Great Location & Accommodations

We loved staying at Egidio and Cheryl's ocean front property in Kapaa. We made use if the large pool and pickleball court. The November ocean breeze was delightful and we never needed to use the A/C unit in the bedroom. The condo is nicely appointed, very well stocked, with labeled light switches and clear instructions. The property is well maintained with nice landscaping and a gated access that adds to the sense of security and safety. We were very close to many local restaurants, food trucks, the ocean trail, and Safeway as well as Costco and the airport which were less than 20 minutes away. The owners were great hosts and will stay here again on our next trip back.

AMAZING CONDO!

We have been coming to the Hawaiian Islands for over 10 years. This is our third time staying in this complex. This condo has stunning views of the ocean and the mountains! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything in the condo was very clean and well stocked. We were extremely happy with the kind size bed and how comfortable it was! We loved the pillows so much we ended purchasing some of our own for home! The owners were easy to work with and prompt with all communication. We had no issues while staying there. The location in Kapa’a is ideal for saving time traveling north and south on the island. We enjoyed how many restaurants and shopping areas were within walking distance of the condo. The 12 mile bike path was a huge plus for daily walks and sightseeing. Lava Lava restaurant next door was very convenient and fun! The grounds of the complex are well cared for, clean and beautiful. The pool is heated, which is a huge plus. Many pools in Hawaii are not. We were so satisfied with this condo that we are coming again next year! I promise you, you won’t be disappointed. Aloha!

Perfect Location with Everything You Need

This property is in the perfect spot to explore Kauai. 20-30 min to the south shore, 20-30 min to the North Shore. If you stay local, you will be treated to an abundance of dining, shopping, and activities with a walk or a short drive. Couldn’t ask for more. The condo has all that you need. Very well equipped kitchen, including all the foil, cling wrap, baggies, spices that you need. These in addition to a full set of dishes, cups, glassware, pots, pans, etc. fridge with ice maker, a couple reusable ice packs for the provided cooler to take to the beach with you. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel masks, pool floats, even an inflator are all provided to help your recreation and relaxation. Condo was clean, fresh, updated, and well furnished. Everything works, screens in windows all in good repair. No complaints! Room AC in the bedroom was a huge plus. Talked to several at the pool who didn’t have this! Super nice to turn on dot sleeping. The breeze kept the condo comfortable during the day. And the three provided fans in addition to the ceiling fans were appreciated. Owners were fantastic to work with, checked with us on arrival to make sure all was well. Came by and fixed a burnt out light bulb, which was the only issue we had. Checkin and check out super simple. On site pool, garbage, beach all great. Pool had some improvements in progress, but was open and in good repair. Plenty of pool chairs available whenever you needed them.

Excellent property, with gorgeous view of ocean

Beautiful top floor condo with all the comforts at home. Our hosts made our evening check-in easy. Was comfortable for two beds that included one Murphy bed in the living room. Views of the beautiful Pacific from the lanai. Would definitely recommend and love to book again! Nice to have food options nearby & ate at Lava Lava one night. Kauai is such a magical island! Thank you Egidio & Cheryl for allowing us to stay in your beautiful piece of paradise!

Comforts of home with an Ocean View!

We enjoyed our stay with the comforts of home. Amenities were great. Walking distance to so many places including restaurants, local shops and farmers market. Very clean accommodation. We would definitely stay in the condo again when we visit again. Thank you for your hospitality.

We loved it!

My husband and I stayed here for the first half of our honeymoon and we loved it! This was a great location to explore both sides of the island! It was only about 40 mins from the shuttle ride to Ke’e beach / haena state park! The place was very nice and clean and had a beautiful view! The host was easy to get ahold of and responded very quickly to questions!

Perfect, as advertised!

The location is perfect. The condo is as advertised. The lanai is perfect for evening drinks and dinner. Close walk to the Coconut Market and to the Lava Lava Beach club. The air conditioner in the bedroom makes sleeping a bit more comfortable. All in all this was the perfect place to stay and the host were great to deal with. Looking forward to coming back!

Excellent stay, beautiful condo!

The condo was absolutely pristine! We’ll stocked in the kitchen and with beach toys/chairs/umbrella/coolers, etc. we had a slight hiccup with the checkin process but Cheryl and Edigio made it right! Highly recommend staying here!

Paradise Found!

If you want a short walk to the ocean with beautiful views all day, this is the place for you! You can swim and snorkel in your own backyard. The pool is a very nice size but the temperature was a little too warm. There are 3 BBQ’ s available right next to the pool. We had to wait a short while to use them once, but all of the utensils are available. Our 3rd floor condo was cool most of the day and a portable air condition is available in the bedroom to keep cool at night. Amenities included WiFi, cable TV, dishwasher, microwave, electric stovetop and all the cooking utensils you could want. In addition, there is a washer and dryer in the condo. We were pleased to have beach chairs, beach towels and swim noodles available for our use. Sun rises were spectacular and we intend to come back soon!
