Very convenient

Perfect place to stay while we had a conference at the Convention Center. Property was as described. The neighborhood can get a bit loud (especially on a Friday night), but ear plugs are provided if you are disturbed by the noise. Taylor was quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Inside great, but outside crazy

This property could not have been better on the inside, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and amenities, cleanliness, and location. We walked to many places, but only during the daytime hours. We stayed on a warm weekend in the Spring. I don't know if this is usual, but every evening until the early morning hours, there were gangs of motorcyclist racing and revving engines up and down the street, congregating in the parking lot directly across from the property, and heavy police presence with frequent sirens. The noise was awful and sleep was impossible. There were multiple containers of earplugs in the loft, so my guess is the noise problem happens often. So my feedback is that this would be a great place to stay in the winter when this is not an issue, but if you are a light sleeper, I would avoid this in the warm weather.

KC Loft

We were pleased with loft units. They were clean and easily accessible. The location was excellent for our needs. If you do decide to stay at this location you need to start your mornings with a breakfast at Town-topic which right across the street. Great food and wonderful coffee. Our group would stay there again. Our inky complaint was - minister towels. But we survived with out and loved it. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful property and host

We had 4 mother/daughter duos stay for a dance competition. The property is two completely separate units with separate kitchens, which worked well for us. We were incredibly secure with the safety of the property and area. There is ample parking for 4 vehicles. It was a bit noisy with the location being on a busy intersection. When the apartments were completely quiet, getting ready for bed, you could hear traffic and sirens from time to time, but the area gets much quieter later at night and the host provides noise machines, which do the trick. The apartments were clean and well decorated. The 4th bedroom is a bit smaller, so it’s tricky to find space in the room for two suitcases, but the apartments themselves are very, very spacious, so we left the second suitcase in the hallway. The host is communicative and very helpful. We loved the stay and would happily return again!

Had a great time staying at this VRBO. It was perfect for three couples and we all had our own restrooms. Fabulous communicaton with property management. We would definitly stay here again.

Birthday Weekend

Lots of space - was perfect for our group of three couples! We were celebrating one person’s milestone birthday and came from different cities. We were able to use the main living room area to play games and hang out and were within easy walking distance for birthday dinner at Lazia :)

Perfect weekend with friends

This was perfect for 3 couples spending time in KC for a quick getaway. We took the train from STL and we were able to walk from Union Station. We walked to almost all of the restaurants/bars we visited. The Riverline was just a short walk away and it allowed us to explore other areas. VRBO was perfect spot and it provided everything we needed! Each couple had their own room and bathroom, amenities were great. we enjoyed evening cocktails on the balcony. There is a bit of street noise, but ear plugs and white noise machines were a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Awesome Gameday Stay

Friends and I were in town for a Chiefs football game for our first trip to Kansas City. This VRBO was perfect for us. With four of us, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Location was awesome and an easy walk with several great spots less than a 10 minute walk and even more within a mile or a short uber ride away. The key here is Town Topic right across the street. Open 24 hours a day and awesome for a end of night burger or a morning breakfast. Accomodations were clean and comfortable. I can't give this place enough credit. Finally, our host, Taylor, did a great job at getting us information and quickly answering any questions we had. I would easily stay here again if returning to KC.
