Our spacious older country home sits atop a hill at the end of a long private drive, surrounded by 78 acres of rolling green fields, wildlife, and the peaceful sounds of the countryside.
The home comfortably sleeps up to seven guests in four bedrooms with one king bed two queen beds and one single bed along with two full bathrooms.
There is plenty of room to gather together while still giving everyone space to relax and unwind. Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, Wi-Fi, TVs a fireplace, washer and dryer and all the comforts of home.
For a little extra relaxation enjoy the private hot tub and two – person infrared sauna.
One of the best parts of staying here is enjoy enjoying the outdoors.
Enjoy three unique patios-Start your morning with coffee and the sunrise while watching for deer, hummingbirds and other wildlife.
After a long day exploring Kansas City, come home soak in the hot tub, enjoy cocktails on the patio or simply sit outside and enjoy a peaceful country evening under the stars.

Please note: the basement and garage are private, locked owner spaces. One cat lives in the basement. A separate RV is approximately 250 feet away with its own private driveway and shares no spaces or amenities with the house. Owner/property maintenance may occasionally access private areas with advanced notice whenever possible.
Please note: The home is reached by a private gravel country driveway. Recent heavy rains have created some uneven areas and ruts, so please drive slowly and use care when coming up the drive.
