The space
The Main Floor -- Entering through the front door there is a spacious living room with a gas fireplace and a smart TV to access cable and streaming options. Further back is the large dining room and open fully-stocked luxury kitchen with doors opening onto the back deck and screened in porch with infrared heaters. The main floor also has a pantry and half bath.

The Top Floor -- The top floor has three bedrooms, an office, a laundry room and a book nook that opens to the martini deck with outdoor sofa and gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a king bed with large windows and tree top views, along with an attached full bath and walk in closet. This floor also has two other bedrooms (one with a king bed and one a twin over twin bunk bed) that share a full bath.

The Ground Floor -- The two car garage will be available for your use during the stay. There is also a guest suite on this level that has a second keycode entrance with access to the back patio and rear parking pad. The guest suite includes a second living room with smart TV and pullout sofa bed, separate bedroom with queen sized bed, full bath, stacked washer and dryer and kitchenette.

The Basement -- Down the stairs from the ground floor is a cozy basement playroom with full bath and egress window. This area will also be set up with a queen size bed as the fifth bedroom.

Parking is available in the attached two car garage, double driveway and additional single car parking pad behind the house.

The house is equipped with high speed internet and a WiFi mesh system with nodes on three floors.


IMPORTANT Notes:

- This property does not allow parties or events and no more than 14 guests may be in the property. This is monitored and any violation will result in a mandatory $750 fine.

- No pets are allowed at this property.

- No smoking or vaping is allowed in the home.

- This is our personal home when we are not traveling but we've moved clothes and personal items into storage to make space for guests and replaced bedding and towels with dedicated guest linens.

- As shown in the pictures, this property has large windows, including in the upstairs bedrooms. The east-facing bedroom has pull-down blinds for the morning sun, but the other rooms do not and let in natural light. We've made eye masks available in the bedrooms for guests.

- The house is three floors plus a basement and therefore requires stairs to access most spaces, including the kitchen and living area.
