Perfect little gem of a resort. Delicious food, with locally-sourced options at every meal (don't miss the fish tacos!). Warm and friendly personal service. Diving is exceptional - instructors are patient with beginners and offered bespoke itineraries for qualified divers. The house reef is lively and healthy, and for sites further afield the best dive boat this side of the Caribbean. Rooms are beautifully put together. Just lovely.

Beautiful island with perfect services!!!

Island like paradise, excellent and clean rooms, friendly staff! The island has a beautiful House reef with thousands of fish, “Nemos” and corals. The water sports staff were extremely helpful. The island is small and crowded. The rooms are well separated from each other, you feel private. I highly recommend! Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

We were lucky enough to have had our second visit to stunning kandolhu. Words cannot express how special this island is, stunning food, beautiful accommodation, and staff that make you feel so welcome it’s like coming home to long lost family. A friendly face will greet you all over the island that feels very warm and genuine. Chiara and Mike were fantastic in the dive centre, helping me to achieve my PADI open water certificate, and being very knowledgeable for more experienced divers as well. The food is the best food I have ever had on any holiday, each restaurant is excellent and will not disappoint. Chef Raghi was always on hand to explain any dishes, with him and the team expertly tailoring them to your tastes, all delivered to your table with a smile by the delightful Estela, Zihan, Maan or the others who I can’t quite remember. We opted for the ocean pool villa this time which was every bit as stunning as the island it is connected to. The only slight complaint was the bathroom was starting to look a little tired in our villa, crumbling grout lines and aging safety strip on the glass - this didn’t bother us but might be an issue for some people considering the cost of this accommodation. All in all a fantastic holiday in the perfect location, we were a little worried it wouldn’t live up to the first time, but we needn’t have, I’d love to come back for a 3rd time if and when finances allow!

Our stay has been amazing. We stayed for 6 memorable days. We had a ocean pool villa and I really enjoyed it. The beach ones looked great as well but with the ocean ones you truly have privacy since nobody ever comes by. We purchased all inclusive but full board would have probably been enough. It depends on how much you drink. The house reef was my absolute favorite. I saw so many fishes, big and small, it was memorable. We had a very romantic vacation and the staff was amazing. Everyone from the team was fantastic. I do suggest bringing your own go pro since they do have shortages and there are wait times for them. Otherwise the food was great, you can also ask anyone if you want something spicier etc. they do cater to the European crowd that is a little soft on spicy (I’m German too but like a nice kick). The drinks were also fantastic as well as their wine selection, and I’m a bit of a wine snob at times. We are definitely returning.

This is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! It is quiet and relaxed. The island is small so this is the only resort on it. You can walk around the island in 20 minutes. I loved how quiet this place was, and I didn’t see any kids there. In spite of its small size they had five restaurants serving different types of food. Some of the reef is damaged, but we still saw plenty of fish of varying sizes and colors! I would go back in a flash!

Magnifique petite île qui offre une un calme unique vu sa taille, nous avons passer un merveilleux séjour, le personnel est merveilleux, les infrastructures excellentes, les restaurants vraiements excellents, nous avions vraiment d'avoir notre propre île privée. Les sites de snorkeling sont just très riches et facile d'accès et j'ai également pu proviter du la navigation avec catamaran. Tout ce que l'on peu rêver de vacances sur une île tropicale. Bref ce furent nos meilleures vacances jusqu'a ce jour.

The best in Maldives

This is one of the best resorts in Maldives : the island is small and quite with amazing views, the rooms are very comfortable and supper clean, restaurants offer verities of selections, the service is amazingly good! In a few days, we saw big turtles, stingrays, manta ray, many, many colorful fishes just by walking around the island. We enjoyed the eco friendly environment. Thanks to Laura, Cai, and all staff numbers, especially the restaurant manager and owner who made our 30 years anniversary more special! See you next year! Thanks to all, again!

Kandolhu is perfect. Small. Amazing house reef and loads of great diving nearby. Beautiful (modern) design. The ocean villas are stunning - the most gorgeous bathroom I’ve ever had (even if it gets a little warm with the sun streaming in through all the glass). Fabulous food - amazing to have 5 restaurants on a teeny island. Lovely staff all around. Fab wine list and all inclusive programme is great (we don’t usually go for that kind of thing but it works here). We were absolutely delighted with everything about our stay and can’t wait to return!! Thanks Laura and Mark and team for an amazing stay!

It was a good stay overall, but the weak link was the Food. Not great quality and not much choice for Vegetarians. The Manager made a significant reduction in the Food costs, which was welcome and appreciated.

One of the Closest Places to Paradise on Earth

This is a stunning resort - absolutely beautiful. Only suitable for those who want a quiet and relaxing holiday. It's very peaceful and luxurious. Four restaurants all with delicious food. A lovely bar that plays nice background music and that's the only music you will hear on the island. The staff are all extremely helpful and lovely people and will go out of their way to accommodate any request you may have. You rarely see anybody on the beach. There are 30 villas on the island - eleven over the water villas and seven of these with pools - which I would highly recommend to book. Some of the beach villas also have pools (maybe all of them) hence the lack of people on the beaches. You can walk around the whole island in 20 minutes if strolling along the beach. The only bad thing is if you are going for the snorkeling - unfortunately it would seem that ALL the Maldives house reefs have been bleached and attacked by Crown of Thorns - so no colour to be seen - or very little - you have to go diving for the live coral. The fish are still beautiful though and so still worth going snorkeling. We saw lots of parrot fish, clown fish and many other colourful fish, also saw turtles every time we went snorkeling and a basking shark one day.

具有美麗生態與景色的飯店

小型礁島但相對遊客量也較少，景色優美，每個地方都是景點，海洋生態豐富，水上房屋價格不斐但很值得一住。人員親切，食物雖然也貴但基本上都好吃，除了日本料理全部都用同樣三個調味料，口味單一，需要加強。

Snorkeling paradise

The staff at Kondolhu were very professional and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. The small island is quiet and private with an amazing house reef and excellent food. Went on a manta ray excursion one morning and saw about 10 mantas, but spent most days exploring the house reef. This was our second trip and we hope to visit again soon.

Fabulous Small Resort with Outstanding House Reef

This resort is fantastic. The architecture is great, the rooms even better than they look on the website, the service outstanding, the people incredibly friendly and helpful, the house reef superb, the food delicious... We can't say enough good things about Kandolhu and our experience there. We picked it out because it seemed excellent and it was even better than we hoped.

정말 만족한 곳이었습니다. 섬도 아기자기 너무 예쁘고, 맑고 투명한 라군과 최고의 리프를 갖춘 리조트였어요. 조식이 조금 아쉬웠지만 그 외에는 전부 만족했습니다.

조용하고 아름다운 섬, 최고의 수중환경

자쿠지 비치빌라와 듀플렉스 비치빌라에서 7일을 보냈습니다. 거의 모든부분 만족했지만 조식은 조금 아쉬운 부분이 있었습니다. 칸돌루는 꼭 다시 가고 싶을만큼의 아름다운 섬입니다. 특히, 뛰어난 수중환경 (스노클링만으로도 나폴레옹피쉬, 거북이 6마리, 이글레이 3마리를 봤어요)이 특히 장점이고, 조금 짧은 길이지만 투명한 라군과 너무 아름다운 바다의 모습이 있습니다.
