Stay in Kandimes is a dream I visited for my bday in June from day one until the last day I felt like I was at home, everything is incredible, the staff, the food, the organization with the airport the boat, a guy waiting for us , the made a nice decorations for my day!! I would like to stayed for ever in this beautiful hotel Thank you so much

Maravilloso
La verdad, es que las fotos no le hacen justicia a la belleza del lugar… todo hermoso, verdaderas postales. El personal muy simpático, siempre atento a las solicitudes de los huéspedes. Nos quedamos en un bungalow sobre el mar, todo perfecto, limpieza, agua, orientación… Los tragos muy buenos ! Algo no muy habitual en este tipo de lugares Como punto a considerar, creo que el buffet se queda algo corto en variedad, pero es entendible estando al medio del océano. Lo otro es que después de 23 hrs no había opción de comida, en ninguna parte, me parece un poco temprano … En suma, recomendado al 1000%

El hotel muy bien, instalaciones adecuadas, sin duda recomendable, la comida buena, el lugar un paraiso, sin duda lo recomiendo, y cosas que no me gustaron en realidad son muy pocas y probablemente no muy importantes , pero a manera de comentarios para mejorar serian , mas ameneidades en la habitación, un poco me mayor logistica en el transporte entre las habitaciones y albercas / restaurantes, pero fuera de eso todo esta magnífico, el personal amable siempre y super detalle de su parte dejarnos entrar temprano a ambas habitaciones que teniamos reservadas eso es excelente de parte del hotel, gracias y vaya que recomiendo lo visiten

Nos gusto especialmente la limpieza y meticulosidad de todo y el servicio tan disponible y amable que por lo general te encuentras No nos gusto tanto que el servicio de wifi es bastante deficiente en las habitaciones, y faltan detalles como un kit de higiene en las habitaciones

Fantástico
El hotel es fantástico, está en muy buen estado, la comida es deliciosa (en todos los restaurantes), el spa es muy bueno también, pero lo que más nos impresionó es el buen servicio de las personas. Volveríamos sin pensarlo dos veces y lo recomendamos muchísimo.

Maravillosa isla para hacer realidad tus sueños. Es un pedazo de paraíso con unos servicios magníficos.Me ha encantado todo. Cuidan muy bien los detalles y los precios son altos pero es por la exclusividad del lugar.

Loved everything, staff was very nice. They offer activities and a lot of complementary things. However, food is only available at the restaurants and cost a pretty penny (I would plan to spend a lot on food). Also the island/property is pretty big and golf carts are needed for transportation so you’re stuck waiting for them most of the time. They should have more carts circulating around. Other than that everything was great. Don’t forget to take water shoes, the beach is rocky.

Beautiful island but definitely not a 5 star hotel. AC in rooms didn’t work. Called 5 times and they were unable to fix the issue. Explained AC was an issue though out the property. Highly under staffed and food was average at best. Pools were dirty and water was incredibly hot. Apparently the chiller was an issue with the pool too. If you’re looking for a cheap option this is good but you get what you pay for.

The resort is tidy, clean and well organized (activities and restoration). The island, the beach, the sea and the reef are just perfect as you wish. Kandima staff (ALL) is amazing. Always there to satisfy your request and to keep the island as it is. I really thank ALL of them for giving me and my family a wonderful experience. I just had some difficulties to contact them for the local transfer (Male to Kandima) after booking my vacation but I really recommend Kandima for your vacation. If possible, choose all inclusive, it's worth it!

A experiência de ficar no melhor bangalô do hotel é muito boa, porém o hotel deixa muito a desejar. O All inclusive impõe muitas restrições, muita coisa é cobrada a parte, mal explicado e cheio de itens nas entrelinhas.. o atendimento dos colaboradores ficou muito a desejar.. A comida era ótima, mas sempre com poucos atendentes nos bares e restaurantes. Uma vez que o hotel estava cheio, parte das atrações como seção de fotos, uso de jetski, etc já não tinha mais disponibilidade..

By far the most engaging and friendly staff I've ever met especially the folks in the Flavour restaurant. Everyone was so kids friendly and always engaging nicely with our kids. On the other hand I think compared to other 5 star hotels we've visited, Kandima lacks the excellence especially when it comes to quality of beverages/food (and don't get me wrong the food was nice but not 5-star nice). I personally found the price for fresh coconuts ~6 USD ridiculous as this is the only thing that grows everywhere on the island. The location itself is amazing, beach is picturesque and looks amazing on Instagram as well as the perfect sandbox for babies and toddlers. If say Kandima is great but definitely not 5 star when it comes to quality and excellence.
