Worst Visit Ever.
Completely Dissatisfied, the reason I booked this Service apartment is because it was newly constructed and opened. I booked a single room for my parents, they lend us a room within an apartment which is already occupied by someone else, We had to share the hall, and no access to kitchen and Zero privacy. Cleanliness was Zero, From the doors to the Celing fan, Its was covered with a blanket of dust. Don't even get me started on the mosquito bites. The doors were covered with Fungus, The bed sheets were clearly not washed, Check the pictures out. From Water bottles to an Extra pillow, We'll need to request four to five times. I regret booking this apartment and will never visit again. An absolute NO from my end!

Dear Guest, Thank you for your valuable feedback we will try to make you satisfied if you have any visit again. Your reviews are our business and we are sure this will be impacting our bookings. Actually we had multiple options for rooms including 1BHK,2BHK and rooms and luxury rooms. You just booked our standard "room only" at the lowest cost without A/C, so we provided room from apartment and no one was there in that apartment during your stay, you are not supposed to expect living hall and kitchen facilities. Regarding the extra pillows you said no need due to extra costs. Bedsheets, for sure we never provided any bedsheet to any customers without dry cleaning, if there is any issues you could have been informed during the stay itself, we are always ready to help you out.
