Great middle of the things location

My husband and I and our two children thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a central location for all the huge tourist points. We were able to get Zion within an hour Bryce Canyon in an hour and a half. We did all the local activities such as UT tours and pink Cross Sand dunes. We flew into Las Vegas. It was a short 3 Hour Dr. lots to look at the town itself has great restaurants a couple shops. The property was great. My kids made friends every day and enjoy themselves after a long day of hiking. The only thing I can say is the pool is not heated in the beginning of April so if you are going for spring break, please note that I would’ve been willing to pay extra to have the pool heated. Having known it was not . The house and the location were great. There was a market right .2 miles away. You could walk if you would like to to about anything.

Amazing property! Great location and well executed property!

Loved, loved, loved this property! Super cute decor, well designed and super efficient check-in and check-out process. Centrally located and we especially loved the concierge service available to us. We did an excursion with Expedition Kanab and throughly enjoyed our experience.

Timber and Tin was a great place to celebrate my sons 14th bday! Walking distance to the market. The kids played in the barn, pool, and hot tub! Great clean space, super comfortable beds! We will stay again!

Calm clean and beautiful stay

Tin and Timber was exceptional: the architecture was spare and lovely; a fragrant desert garden with a bubbling spring; the interior was clean comfortable and well appointed. We also enjoyed the pool hot tub and roof deck. We will definitely come again!

Designed for Great Vacations

Timber & Tin units are literally built and designed for us vacationers. Shared space floor plan, community area, open kitchen set up really nice for group fun. Micah, the concierge host was really informative about things to do locally and extremely responsive. Location of Kanab is centrally located for access to Zion, Byce, Antelope Canyon and Grand Canyon North Rim. Within Kanab, it is in a quiet neighborhood a block from downtown Kanab.

A truly “worry-free” home!

So well thought out. We had one small question upon check-in and they got to us right away. I felt very safe and cared for. I met a few people on the grounds and everyone was just cheerful and laid back. I love it when the hosts allow you your privacy but let you know they are there in other ways. Thank you for the Christmas Memories!! Clean, beyond well appointed and comfy😊🎄Seriously, if you need a staycation where you can send the kids to a real 1930s barn to play games, make noise, go to jail, watch a movie, play ping pong, lay down on the bean bags. It’s all that. Cant put a price on that peace☺️. I would do a Family Reunion at this place. So perfect. Thanks Again Micah! Ahna Smith/Madrid

Excellent "home base" while hiking and biking in and around Kanab, UT.

We stayed in unit C for 2 nights and were blown away by how clean it was. By far the cleanest rentals we've been at in years. The decor was fresh and minimal and the kitchen was stocked with most of the tools and gadgets you may need. We sat in the hot tub, played ping pong in the barn and made s'mores over the rooftop fire pit! The beds are big and comfy and the sheets feel luxurious. The only thing that may prove to be a con is the amount of comfy seating in the TV area. The 4 of us smashed on the couch and used to two chairs to put our feet up while watching a movie after a long day of riding. It wasn't too big of a deal for us because we weren't in front of the TV much at all. The owners also went above and beyond and left a small gift for staying with them: a ceramic Timber and Tin coffee mug, a chocolate truffle, sandstone magnet and a discount card for the adventure tours available. Amazing! Would recommend Timber and Tin over and over. *PS - when staying in Kanab you have to go to Asava where they make fresh, organic juices, smoothies, coffee and more! We visited every morning and was not disappointed.

Incredible Property!

Do not look any further and book your stay at Timber and Tin. First off, whoever designed this place should win an award. The overall layout and amenities coupled with the attention to detail throughout the property is amazing. They obviously take a lot of pride in the property. The pool and hot tub area is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of hiking and taking in the surrounding sites. In terms of location, Timber and Tin is the perfect spot for basing yourself when visiting the surrounding parks. We hit up Zion, North Rim, Coral Dunes, Vermillion Cliffs, Buckskin Gulch and many of the off the beaten path sites which surround Kanab. I fully intend to strongly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend some time in this incredible part of the country.

Absolutely amazing!

The property is immaculate! Everything is well laid out and SO beautiful! The pool area is really cool and very fun to just hang out at. The houses and rooms are so nice and clean. We loved every. single. thing. about this place -- cannot wait to go back!! (The only issue was the online description (we were in C) said there was a pull out sofa bed but it was a small couch that laid back, so it wasn't very useful for a bed.)

We were in Kanab for a few days because I was working doing video at a conference at the Kanab Center just a few blocks away. I brought my wife and newborn daughter, but since their plan was just to hang out while I was working, I wanted something with more room than a hotel and a full kitchen. This met that requirement and so much more. It was SO clean and comfortable. The location was quiet but super convenient. Close to shopping, gas stations, the Kanab Center and anything else we needed. The Internet was speedy and reliable and we loved all the extras like the pool, hot tub, barn, and rooftop patio. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was very clean and spotless. My family and I stayed for 3 nights and the condo was well equipped with everything needed (cookware, utensils, linens, etc). Very comfortable beds and accommodations. We loved the pool and the hot tub and our own gas grill. Awesome place.

Absolutely amazing concept and location.

We have never stayed at such an amazing property, had everything and more. Highly recommend you stay here if you are visiting Zion or Bryce Canyon. Beautiful views, spotless and comfortable. We even had a chance to meet the owner who was such a sincerely kind gentleman. Hopefully if you stayed here you will cross paths with him.

Christmas Trip

Timber and Tin C was the perfect spot for our family! The property is new and met and exceeded every expectation!! Upon arrival the home was spotless! We came to Kanab to be centrally located between Bryce Canyon and Zion but we were so pleased with all the other great places to see within 30 minutes of Kanab. We were able to explore all day, come back and relax in the hot tub and then prepare dinner in with a fully equipped kitchen. All the comforts of home!! Even in the off season there is so much to see and do! We will be back!
