Wonderful home!!!

This home was big, roomy and perfect for our large family vacation! Beautiful views, decor, and easy check-in. We found this property as a recommendation from friends who had stayed here. We will tell anyone we know about it if they are going to the area.

What a great property!

This property was even better than it looked in the listing! It was comfortable, clean and very well appointed. We loved the bunk room! The grandkids had a ton of fun sleeping in there! The location was convenient, quiet and close to everything. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home in Kanab

We stayed in this home with our entire family, 3 generations. The home is beautiful, large and spacious. Our hosts were in contact with us throughout our stay, they even helped us plan events and trips in the area. Kanab is a hidden gem and we get the feeling the management love and are proud the area.

Close to everything

Nice, big home. Didn’t require us to do the cleaning crew’s job upon checkout (we still tried to not leave a mess for them, but it wasn’t asked of us like most others do.)it was close to everything we wanted to do while in Kanab.

Perfect family home in a new neighborhood with other pretty houses. Our family loved watching the big sports games on the theater TV and enjoying nights in the hot tub! We appreciated the big bedrooms as we had all adult couples and only one 2 year old who called the house "his house" - he loved it too! Nice and clean - amenities galore including providing laundry soap, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is thoughtful! Cute town and the house is very close to a Family Dollar, gas station, grocery store, and tour company.

Kanab getaway

Had a great time. Hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and large bunk house were huge hits. Great for large families. There was about 30 of us I think. Thank you

Perfect for us!

We were a group of 11 friends coming to explore the local parks and canyons and the house was perfect for us. Lots of space, gorgeous setting and just a few minutes to town. We also used Kanab Tour Co for some of our outings and highly recommend!! The whole group was very happy with the experience.

Perfect launching pad for all the National parks

We had a group of 15 comfortably crash here every night after hitting a different national park or tribal park. We were so close to variety of parks. And were able to hit 4 during our 4 night stay. We truly loved staying in kanab and the accommodations made the jam packed agenda possible. The house was clean, beds very comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. The property manager was great. They immediately answered all my questions and promptly responded and remedied our problem of over overflowing trash cans.

Great location in beautiful area

This property worked great for our family. We had 10 adults and 11 children with age ranging from 2 months to 17 years. Nice large area to gather for meals, games and conversations but good areas to isolate as well. Plenty of bathrooms and we never ran out of hot water! We had a couple of issues with knowing how to run the entertainment system and needing a iron and the host was responsive and helped us solve both issues promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for a group

We had a great time here! Fit 26 of us great with the bunk room. Communication was very easy and they responded quickly by email or phone call. Two fridges to hold lots of food for a group. Everything looked nice and worked and no issues. Would recommend for a group! There is no grass, just rocks for the backyard so don't plan to do lawn games

We'd stay here again! The house is spacious and airy, and was very clean. The interior is nice w/out being pretentious. House sits into a hillside, the lower level is walk-out, and the upper / driveway level has area views, including from the fire ring on the rear deck. The kitchen is fairly well provisioned, no running to the store for salt or dish soap. Dining seats 14 comfortably. 6 bedrooms, total of 8 beds. 5 baths: two en-suite (huge suite off living room, double-double in lower level) and 3 baths off hallways. All beds are double or larger so potentially 16 people. Certainly 4 couples in king beds, and four kids each on a double. Comfortable beds that lean to the soft side, a bench in each bedroom, closets plenty big enough for travel clothes. Location is great, short drive into town, walk into trails, major National Parks in reasonable distance. Management was very responsive to a few little issues we encountered.

The Gathering Place

We recently spent a week at the Gathering Place as our “home base” while we visited multiple National Parks. Overall, we had a great experience. The property was better than anticipated and met all our needs! I wholeheartedly recommend this VRBO if you and your family are looking for a place to stay while exploring out west. Kanab is centrally located and the scenery-even at the VRBO-did not disappoint. The host was receptive and answered questions quickly! I would not hesitate to stay here again! Thanks for the wonderful memories!!

Perfect spot for family vacation

We had a great time in Kanab on a big family trip and everyone was impressed with this house. Great location. Lots of parking out front in the big driveway. New washer / dryer. The kitchen was fully stocked, the rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, and there are 5 bathrooms, big plus. The house has a tankless water heater which means people could shower in different bathrooms at the same time without the hot water running out....SO NICE! The host was responsive and check in was easy with a keypad on the door, didn't have to interact with anyone. The only feedback is that the hot tub needs cleaning solution, it didn't smell great so we didn't end up using it at all.

Great launching point for a group to check out southern Utah

This house was awesome for our group of 6. We were able to each have our own bedroom, and the common spaces were great for gathering together. The kitchen was very well stocked with many options of cookware and numerous spices, etc. provided (including coffee, which was a very pleasant surprise). There was also a gas grill which we used for several times for dinners. The living room is great for hanging out, and there's a theatre room as well for enjoying a movie or show. The hot tub was also great for relaxing after our hikes. We stayed for 4 nights with Zion, Grand Staircase and Coyote Buttes all within a short drive. The only thing to be aware of is that there is currently a house under construction next door, and the work did start early (730ish) on the weekday mornings. Overall, all things considered, I would stay at this house again in a minute.....it is an awesome place, the owners are incredibly responsive to questions and requests, and the location can't be beat.
