The description and information provided by the host was spot-on accurate. Parking was safe and secure with use of the garage. The home is welcoming and clean and has everything needed for a few days or a few weeks! There were coolers available for use in the garage and lots of information on local attractions. The host communicated effectively as needed and was very friendly with easy check-in/out process. A review of this rental wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the scenic backdrop! Fantastic view of the red rock cliff right out the back door; outstanding!

I want to give 5 stars because the location was great, the size was just right, there were lots of towels, my kids liked that even though the bedrooms were smaller, they could have their own room, and the kitchen seemed to have what it needed. The only problem is it was not quite ready for us when we arrived, but the owner was very quick to respond and take care of things.

The location is amazing with the cliffs literally in the backyard.The house is quaint and charming.Only downside in my opinion is the carpeting is worn and probably time to be replaced, but I would not let that stop you from staying here.

The house has plenty of room and beautifully decorated. The outside area is lovely along with the amazing view. Contact with the owner was very easy with prompt responses. So comfortable and cozy that it felt like being at home. Highly recommend this rental.

Really nice and spacious house and very well equipped with everything you need. Well located for Zion park, entering though the less busy east entrance, and we also visited Red canyon (Peek-a-boo) and the animal sanctuary, both very close. The owner is very quick in responding and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic vacation home! Beautiful location with amazing views. The outside space is relaxing and spacious. The house was very clean and had everything we could need and more. The beds were comfortable. The pictures don't do it justice. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome!

House in Kanab was outstanding, just a wonderful experience. Location close to everything we wanted- Zion, Bryce, North Rim Grand Canyon all just short drive away. House is in nice quiet neighborhood. View of cliffs behind house just beautiful. Lovely garden with covered terrace made for a great spot to enjoy breakfast, a cup of tea/coffee, or a glass of wine in the evening. There was a problem with the dryer- I texted Host Thierry, he answered within 20 minutes, and had a repairman out the next day! Then a smoke detector battery was “chirping early one morning- texted Host and again within 10 minutes responded and went above and beyond to resolve ASAP. House was clean & comfy. Definitely recommend this house and Host!

Perfect, comfortable house

We stayed here as a halfway point between our Zion and Grand Canyon visits. This house was comfortable and perfect for our needs - a place to make a nice meal and relax as we prepared for a big hike. Great communication with the owners.

Kanab UT.. who knew …

The stay was wonderful. We used the house as a ‘base’ for visiting the North Rim of the Grand Canyou, Zion, Pink Coral Sands and just taking drives to see all of the beautiful cliffs and rock formations. The yard was right below some beautiful red cliffs. Thierry was very responsive and even replaced the coffee pot the next day after we told him the one in the house took an hour to make a pot!! Not good when you have 5 adults wanting their coffee in the morning!!There are some very good restaurants in Kanab and we had several nice meals out while we were there.There was a momma hummingbird in her nest in the light on the front porch. We would peek out the door to see her. So very cute!!The kitchen was well equipped and was ‘multiple cook’ friendly.

Overnight on way to Ragnar Zion

We needed somewhere to stay after driving up from Arizona to do the Ragnar Trail Zion at Ponderosa Ranch. This location was perfect, and the house had everything we needed. We had some trouble with the lockbox to access the key at check in, but the host was quick to respond to text messages (even though we arrived at almost 11pm) and then we got the help we needed to get in and everything was fine! Would definitely stay here again if I come back with family to do more exploring of Zion NP. The views from the backyard are positively STUNNING and this house is in an excellent location with plenty of space for a large group of travelers.

Great home base in Kanab!

We planned to visit some of the National Parks in AZ / UT. This location in Kanab was a perfect place to use as home base. The house was very clean, in a quiet area, well stocked with all the essentials, and the owner was extremely responsive to questions. The view of from the back yard of the cliffs was stellar! Two grocery stores within a couple of miles of the house and a decent choice of restaurants in the area. We enjoyed our stay here and the chance to visit a beautiful part of the country.
