We loved this property! The kitchen was fully stocked, kids loved the game room, movie room, fire pit and hot tub. I wouldn't say the game room was heated, but there are some space heaters and it's not a cold winter. Kamas is charming and there are some yummy places to eat. Great weekend getaway!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The property is nicely appointed with almost every amenity thought out. Clean, inviting, comfortable, and roomy. The pictures in the listing do not do it justice. They even put up a Christmas tree. This is not our first Christmas rental, this is the first Christmas tree set up. We hope to stay again next year.

Our family stayed at the red barn and we had a great time. The kitchen was very roomy and we absolutely loved the dining table. We could fit 14 people around the table. Perfect for eating & playing board games. The game room in the garage was a big hit with kids & adults. The playground in the back yard was perfect for our kids to play without going to a park. We also loved the layout of the bedrooms. Noise level was so minimal. Everyone had their own space & privacy when they wanted it. We did smores in the back yard. There was plenty of wood for the firepit. There was a hugh gas griddle that you could make 20-30 french toast or pancakes at one time which was great for breakfast. The red barn had everything to make our vacation perfect. We would definitely come back!

We recently stayed at the red barn for an extended weekend with kids and grandkids. Everyone had a fantastic time. I have never seen a rental property that was outfitted better than this one. Sauna, hot tub, game room, home theater, playground, trampoline, picnic area, fire pit, gas grill, blackstone, etc . Not only that, but the kitchen was loaded with every kind of cooking utensils, pans, seasonings, etc. that you would ever need. The decorations and antique furniture were fun. And the setting is beautiful next a stream, pine trees, and mountains. We can't wait to come back.

Property was perfect for our needs. Large home with outstanding amenities. Very kid friendly. Well stocked kitchen, games puzzles, etc. Excellent wifi. Located on a well traveled highway but noise was minimal with very private feeling backyard.

Wonderful family vacation home!

This home is so much fun for a family with children. It has everything you need - plenty of bedding, towels, a well stocked kitchen, games, puzzles, spacious living areas, a beautiful yard, and supplies for a campfire. The setting was beautiful with mountain views and the sound of the river. The kids especially loved the bunk room with boat, and the great playground. The adults were able to use the game room while keeping an eye on the kids in the yard. We enjoyed the hot tub too. We had a great time.

Such a cute house and location!

We have stayed at this property before and have just enjoyed our stay there so much. They have so many things there that cater to all ages. We has a pretty good size group, with kids ages 6 months up to 11. We felt like the property served us all. I love that added a crib area in the master bedroom so it was perfect for my baby. Last time we stayed in the fall, and this time it was a blast having snow because the yard has so much to do in it, no matter the weather! Can’t wait to come back again!

Great spot

This was a great place for our family trip. Less than 30 minutes to park city for skiing but with tons to keep you entertained at the property for the people that wanted to hang back. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The host was quick to respond when we had a question. We loved our stay here!

Perfect Winter Getaway – Beautiful Home & Great Location!

Our recent stay in Kamas, Utah, was absolutely wonderful! The home comfortably accommodated our family of 10 adults and 4 children (ages 1-7), providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. We were lucky to experience several days of snow, which was a magical sight for our group traveling all the way from Hawaiʻi.The game room was a huge hit, keeping both kids and adults entertained for hours. Plus, with snowboarding and tubing just 30 minutes away, this home made for the perfect home base for winter adventures.Our host was an excellent communicator, promptly addressing any needs and ensuring a smooth stay. The combination of a beautiful home, breathtaking winter scenery, and quality family time made this trip truly memorable. We highly recommend this property and would love to return!

Senior Get Away

We had a wonderful time with all of the activities available at the property. The property was perfect for those who use walkers but it would have been nice for 1 ADA accessible bathroom. Well stocked kitchen equipment and 2 refrigerators were an added bonus. Highly recommend the property and the fall colors were beautiful.

Beautiful stay

We had a family gathering and enjoyed the surrounding area and all the fun amenities at this location. When rain arrived we had a wonderful game room that didn’t require traipsing through the kid. A little challenging getting the tv to work and there is no cell reception but we all needed this disconnect so it worked well for us.

Solid, but room for improvement

The property is awesome, but cleanliness was lacking in that the hot tub was literally disgusting. We tried to clean it, but it just smudged goo across the sides. The sauna was not operational and the coffee maker had a persistent red cleaning light on, and we were so grossed out we ended up going to buy gas station coffee. For how pricey this placee is, we just expected a bit more polish and attention to detail.

Fun Family Stay

This was our second stay and it was just as great this time around. First time bringing little ones and they loved the backyard playground and the kid’s bedroom. Plenty to do for everyone with the game room and outdoor fire pit. We loved the backyard view and enjoyed the sound of the creek, very relaxing. Plenty to do with Park City and Mirror Lake close by, wonderful time. Thank you 😊

Fun House

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The kids loved the garage with all the fun arcade games. The yard was beautiful and had a great playground and fire pit we enjoyed using. There were enough beds for everyone. The upstairs had no AC which was a minor problem as well as not having any window coverings so it got light early in there. The location was great! We would definitely stay again.
