All staff were helpful, it was nice to see a building built around nature. However, it would be convininent if there was grocery shops or medical services nearby. I know that there was medical nurse available until 6, but it would be better if there was one 24 hours.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful.dining option was okay. I think they should consider kind of necessary grocery shop where you can get some important and emergency think..Rest of the things i liked😊

I had to pay extra money for my child to staying in my room I informed ebookers when booking I will be staying with my kids but still had to pay a extra £100 which I thought was not fair as I gave all information when making booking and paid invoice amount

Check in was a little late on the email it said check in was at 12 at the reception they said check its at 2pm was a little upset

We apologize for keeping you waiting till 2:00 pm for check in. Our standard check in time is 02:00 pm & check out time is 12:00 pm. Maybe there was a misunderstanding regarding our check in & check out time. Generally if we have enough available room then we let our guests check in at 12:00pm
