"Terrible customer service"

"Everything was great including the room very nice and the breakfast was great. We booked the executive club, which were not informed, so couldn’t take advantage. Secondly the hotel gets too busy from outsiders to take pictures, Which i found annoying. Perhaps separate entrance for room guest. We we not also informed of the other facilities available including in the hotel. If the management takes into consideration this could be a great place to stay."

"Breakfast was limited and same every day. For tea and coffee they have to get to kitchen to get hot water every times you order for it during breakfast times. Made mistakes for my stay room rent. They provide nuts and chips during your stay without telling you that they are not"

"I was supposed to stay here for four nights, but I had to bail early because the experience was honestly exhausting. It started with the breakfast; I was promised a buffet, but because the hotel was mostly empty, they just served the same three items two days in a row. Unfortunately, I ended up with a bad case of food poisoning after eating there. Things went from bad to worse when I realized some of my personal items had been stolen. "Room was basic felt like in 2* hotel, cold and shower was not working properly. Pool water was very cold. Not much choice for continental breakfast Outdoor deco was nice Not worth for the price paid for the villa"

"It’s an ok resort if you’re visiting for a day or so. This isn’t somewhere you’d spend a week or even 2 days. The staff are extremely polite, helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. "

"Decent, hard bed though even though I slept well. Balcony view was tremendous, ABIT weary of the few cockroaches but the room was still clean non the less. Disappointed as there was no coffee at the restaurant. As I stay in hotels to be able to have coffee available rather than just the usual tea "

"Front desk stuff was rude. Do not have basic sense of customer service. Hotel booked with free airport shuttle. The hotel did not honour that and charged us extra. Room had mosquitoes. Not sure why there was hype about this hotel. According to the service, this is the worst hotel in Sylhet. Will never stay here again. "
