"I had to write this review and give credit where it is due...Took over 100 pictures lol World class extraordinary experience. Hotel facilities: Exceptional deserves 5* the rooftop pool and views are the best in the city. Rooms were spacious and serviced everyday. The food was amazing! Restaurant and food: Wide selection of world cuisine that is delicious to the point we ate half our meals at the hotel at super low cost. The breakfast is pretty good too standard stuff but the dining menu...

"The general manager is a cheater. He will take cash instead of taking cards because he want to charge extra. Places and the furnitures are very old and swimming pool was so dirty. So Expensive but no fun at all! Do not waste your money please !"

"Rooms were pretty much like the pictures, staff really stood out and were very helpful. Whether it’s laundry, direction, literally anything you might want/need, the staff there can organize it for you. "

"I booked this property for 5 nights after seeing it in a YouTube video, which turned out to be a mistake. There was no dedicated manager onsite, and the bedsheets and pillows were used and not cleaned. I couldn’t sleep at night because of mosquito bites. For showering, I was only given hand soap. Breakfast was terrible. I waited outside in the morning hoping to speak to someone and eat, but no staff appeared until 9:40 am. "Fantastic hotel in the heart of the town. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. On Arrival we was greeted by the staff and gave us welcome drinks which was very nice. Plate of fruits was also provided in the room. In my opinion it is better than the 5 star hotel near sylhet Airport which is middle of nowhere."

"I had to book this because of issues at noor jahan hotel. Mustafa at the front desk was very welcoming and all my needs taken care by him. Highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay. Place is clean and comfortable. "

"Staff was polite, professional, and exceptionally attentive to customer needs. Rooms were clean, bathroom had wall to wall marble, but the carpet should be replaced. Hotel paid breakfast buffet was unmatched compared any hotels in the world. Living in the USA for 46 years, and traveling all over the world, I have never come across such varieties of breakfast food ever. "
