"This property was perfect for what we needed! Plenty of space, close to the lake, secluded area which was nice to have quite time too"

"We absolutely loved our stay here! Carley’s place was spacious, very clean, and just so nice. There were even fresh flowers! There was awesome communication from her and we had everything and more than we needed due to her rocking host qualities. The view is beautiful and the location is unbeatable and walkable to everything fun. We would love to stay here again, it is an awesome, awesome place to call home for an Elk Rapids trip."

"Host is very responsive and rental is super cute we loved the vibe for our girls weekend."

"It was okay. The floor was sandy but over all it was pretty clean. The beds were really comfortable. Are main reason for staying here was the beach but that was a let down and we ended up driving to the state park to spend the day at that beach."

"Very quiet location in a nice neighborhood with access to all of the Torch Lake fun stuff. Inside is clean, updated and well maintained. Sitting area on the back deck and front porch, outdoor firepit, full fridge including freezer with ice, plus fully stocked kitchen. We even saw 6 deer (3 babies) walk by. Great place to stay!"

"Nice quiet place for a weekend stay"

"Great location for Shanty Creek golfing. Well stocked kitchen. Nice fire pit with plenty of wood provided. Would stay here again."

"The hosts were very responsive whenever I had a question"

"Centrally located just outside of downtown Elk Rapids. The home is within walking distance to downtown ER, the beach, the Shorts Pull Barn & nearby grocery store. It’s a great jumping off point for day trips to TC, Petoskey, Bellaire and more. Despite being located off a main road, the home is quiet & offers a peaceful setting. All of the rooms include large smart TVs, and comfortable beds. "We stayed here for a work trip and absolutely loved it. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed—and then some. The golf simulator, hot tubs, fire pits, and theater were a huge bonus and made it really easy to unwind after the workday. Great house, great setup, and a really fun place to stay with a group. We’d definitely book it again!"

"Such a great stay! Very spacious rooms - we really enjoyed being able to relax in the living room. The location was also great and was easy to explore many areas of town. We also greatly appreciated the super easy checkout process with no to do list to worry about. Highly recommend!"
