"Villa Blue is a great place to stay. The location is great and you have excellent access to town. Mike gave us all information needed to make our stay as easy as possible. Ibo the maintenance manager was also on hand and resolved any issues we had. The villa is comfortable with a large outdoor pool area and equipped with everything you need. We would definitely recommend it."

"We had a wonderful stay in Villa Benita. It has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The air conditioning was very welcome as was the pool, which is cleaned daily. There are lots of shady areas if you want to get out of the sun and an amazing roof terrace if you want more once the pool is in the shade. "So, this was the first time that I'd ever stayed in a villa in Kalkan having previously stayed at a nearby hotel. Communication from the owner was great as was the payment procedure even though I was a little unnerved about not paying the deposit directly to VRBO. A quick chat with VRBO confirmed that this owner was the genuine article and was to be trusted. Prior to arrival, the owner sent us full details of the villa including WIFI, key safe codes, contact number and even step by step driving...

"Villa Manadlin is stunning and would highly recommend staying here. It is set over 4 floors with separate room / annex on bottom floor next to pool (we did not need to use this). Enough loungers at pool with very comfy padding - plus space in sun / shade to relax. Views from top terrace over Kalamar Bay are stunning. 20 min walk to Kalkan although the walk back up is a killer with the hills(but you can get a taxi).although"

"Perfect for getting away from it all, but still close to the lovely town of Kalkan. Cannot fault villa or service from manager. Not mentioned is the quite extensive welcome pack which is perfect if you are arriving late in the day. Pool is fairly small but it’s only a 2 minute walk to the 25m infinity pool at the club house when you want to swim rather than just cool off. Had a fabulous 10 nights here. "
