"Villa Manadlin is stunning and would highly recommend staying here. It is set over 4 floors with separate room / annex on bottom floor next to pool (we did not need to use this). Enough loungers at pool with very comfy padding - plus space in sun / shade to relax. Views from top terrace over Kalamar Bay are stunning. 20 min walk to Kalkan although the walk back up is a killer with the hills(but you can get a taxi).although"

"The view - just wow! The photos do not do the villa justice - amazing. Comfortable, clean, spacious and perfectly equipped. Great comms with owner. Excellent manager who arranged groceries on arrival and provided taxi details to get us to and from town. Easy walk to local beach club but far enough to feel secluded. We also worked whilst there - great wi-fi. Highly recommended. Thank you for an excellent stay with our family to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. :-)"

"From the moment we arrived we absolutely loved our time at Kalamaki Flats! "Die Villa ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über sehr viel Platz. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigte. Zur Begrüßung war frisches Obst bereitgestellt und im Kühlschrank waren ebenfalls Lebensmittel vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr unkompliziert und stets positiv. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend und auch die Poollandschaft sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa und können nur positive Erinnerungen behalten. "

"Villa Blue is a great place to stay. The location is great and you have excellent access to town. Mike gave us all information needed to make our stay as easy as possible. Ibo the maintenance manager was also on hand and resolved any issues we had. The villa is comfortable with a large outdoor pool area and equipped with everything you need. We would definitely recommend it."

"So, this was the first time that I'd ever stayed in a villa in Kalkan having previously stayed at a nearby hotel. Communication from the owner was great as was the payment procedure even though I was a little unnerved about not paying the deposit directly to VRBO. A quick chat with VRBO confirmed that this owner was the genuine article and was to be trusted.
