The pictures on Vrbo do not show the beauty of this home and property. We went for our grandson graduation and 18th birthday, had a great time. The caretakers wereWonderful to work with and they gave us suggestions when we ask. Costco was a lifesaver on groceries. Definitely go to the shopping downtown where the restaurants are, found everything there.

This Home is absolutely Beautiful. Our family had an adventure just looking through this home. It's like eye candy everywhere. From the views of the ocean to the little bungalow with the best outdoor shower with unlimited hot water. What you will feel in this home and property is overwhelming. It lets you know that you are on a vacation and you have found what your looking for.

Relaxing, accessible to everything, beautiful home and surroundings don’t ever need to leave if you want to a quiet reclusive rest however, if you want to do more town, beaches, shopping are nearby. Would stay again.

OMG, we had the best time at this property. We loved everything about this place. Do not think twice, its everthing and more, so just book this paradise. The host is amazing, there were treats, drinks and water fo us when we arrived. The place is stunning with amazing views. The pool, outdoor shower, i mean wow!

This was our once in a lifetime gift to our kids and grandkids. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The property is a gem, and the other reviews are very accurate. The outdoor shower was a big hit with everyone. We had to pick a number each night to see what the order was. The outdoor space with the pool and the view were spectacular. It's a million-dollar view as you see in the pictures. Alanya was very helpful and if you had a question, she was very prompt with a response. The caretakers are right up the hill. If you have a problem, it gets resolved pronto and are a very pleasant couple. This house by far was the most well-equipped rental we have ever been in (34 rentals). I could go on about the evo grill and all the little things that made this rental memorable, but the review would be too long. I will leave you with this. This is the only rental we would do again.

We came to Kona to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary and this house was the icing on the cake. Incredible views from pretty much every room in the house. The property was well maintained and had a secluded feel to it. The outdoor shower by the Lanai is one of the most refreshing feelings in the world. The house is up the hill, so it gets a wonderful breeze most of the day and is a few degrees cooler than downtown Kona. It's centrally located, so you're a short drive from shops, stores, beaches, and restaurants. The welcome book has a lot of great ideas for activities and all the beach equipment you could need is provided. Very nice kitchen inside the house and clean gas grill and flattop outside. The caretakers are very friendly and approachable, but have great boundaries. They live in a house on the other side of the property and you won't even know they're there unless you need them. The only thing disappointing about this house is saying goodbye when your trip ends. We traveled with age ranges of 10-73 and everyone had a wonderful time. Thanks for sharing your slice of paradise with us.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful house in the hills behind Kona over the New Year. The property is gorgeous, spacious, and clean, with heavenly views of the coast and ocean. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect, and most of all, the owners (remote) and hosts (on-site, just behind the property) were kind, warm and responsive. They showed us the fruit trees on property, let our kids help pick fresh bananas, and took care of every detail. A very special place—we will be back!

Came with friends to do the IM World Championships! The house is in a great location for easy access to the race venue. It is on a quiet hillside with beautiful views and a wonderful breeze all day! The host and the caretakers were great as well. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a great Kona experience.

This property has everything to offer and more! Truly Heaven on earth! The outdoor area with the pool, hot tub, and fountains made our stay so relaxing! We made fun meals on the Evie grill! Owners and caretaker were so great, very helpful and responsive. Definitely will be returning!

This was a great home and the views were amazing! Nothing like sitting outside and watching the sunset every night. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The hosts communication was great. We spent the mornings outside relaxing and listening to the birds. The neighborhood was quiet and safe so you got to hear the natural sounds of nature around you. What a relaxing place. The house was stocked with everything you need, probably the best we have had in any VRBO which was very nice. Great pans and dishware. We would definitely comeback!

The house was perfect, it was as wonderful as described on the Vrbo site. Our questions and requests were met as expected and we were very satisfied. They also tuned the piano. Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed the sunsets, hot tub, hammock,waterfall,BBQ, piano, ocean views, birds chirping, flowers, etc. We had so much fun it was hard to leave. We would definitely use your services again.

The photos do not do the house justice. It’s a real “wow” when you walk in and see the outdoor living space, the pool waterfall, and the view. The house is the best equipped one we’ve ever rented - every kitchen gadget, spices, cooking basics, paper towels, laundry necessities, beach chairs, etc. We cooked several meals easily. Great grill. The house is clearly lived in by the owners which made it cozy, comfortable and fully accessorized. Recommend without hesitation and will return.

We had such a wonderful week in Hawaii! The property has everything you need- huge kitchen, very comfortable beds, and the pool is spectacular. Evening sunsets in the hot tub were a favorite. and we loved the outdoor shower! The town of Kona was a quick 15 minute drive along with any grocery shopping needed to our evening meals. Owner was very responsive and the caretakers were available when you needed them (but otherwise stay to themselves)- and are lovely! We forgot something and they offered to drive it the the airport for us. I would love to stay here again!

Our family of seven stayed and had a wonderful time. The amenities cannot be beat. The house is stock with all you need to enjoy the beach or the pool. The pictures do not do it justice. I was exactly what we were looking for to be able to enjoy our vacation all together.
