"Good location. Around an hour drive to Grand Canyon. RV was clean. One of the curtains for a bedroom was broken. Lichen had enough utensils to cook."

"Pros: great communication & cleanliness Cons: 1. No bottled water & snacks though it was stated there would be2. Coffee station only had Splenda for sweetener3. Mattress was EXTREMELY uncomfortable 4. Mold in corner of shower5. Shower head is very low, I'm 5'3 & I had to squat under shower head6. VERY difficult to get into shower, it's also a bathtub with very high sides. Grab bars are not placed efficiently, I almost fell getting out.7. They want you to take your trash to the freaking trash can...

"The location was perfect! Walking distance to food & shopping. One hour drive to the Grand Canyon which was our purpose for being here. The home is spacious and very clean! We were comfortable and enjoyed our time there very much. We will recommend this unit to all that want to see the Grand Canyon. Hoping to return in a few years!"
