Perfect for groups, we accommodate up to 8 guests, making it an ideal choice for shared getaways in a picturesque setting of fresh air, sunshine, and timeless Western charm.

This is an older building, you may hear Guests who are above you or in the rooms next door.

PET POLICY:
Pets are not allowed in this room to preserve its charm.

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
No smoking allowed on the property
No parties or events permitted. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
Pets are not allowed in this room to preserve its charm.

Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
