The appliances are all old. We had to wash the dishes by hand when we first got there as they were dirty on the shelf. Could be an old dishwasher. The ice maker did not work, while you did leave one bag of ice, we drink a lot of water as a group so we had to buy additional bags. The dryer was filled with lint beyond the link basket. It took a long time to dry things and since there weren't enough pool towels and shower towels for our group, we had to wash these items. Only one dish towel just isn't enough. The faucet in the kitchen sink was terribly loose and we finally had to crawl under the sink to tighten it, out of fear it would leak. It was nice of you to send us a gift basket but for the price of your VRBO, I would invest that money into new appliances. We enjoyed the Paddle Ball Court, grill, and outdoor fireplaces. Location was convenient to the National park and small town. We did receive a package for someone else and left it on the dining table. Method of contacting anyone for assistance was not very convenient for us, having a phone contact would have been nice.
