This was an amazing home! The Host was so gracious with extra amenities. We had a 11month old in our group. Angela had pack and play, high chair, baby tub, baby monitors and so much more available . Our young teens and kids had a cute play area up on 3rd floor that they loved. We had plenty of room for everyone. The train that was nearby wasn’t a huge issue. Maybe in the summer with windows open it would’ve been more disruptive but it didn’t bother us one bit. The floors were creaky so no sneaking around at night. I would say that was the only thing that the group talked about was a little annoying. Other than that we absolutely loved the home! We will definitely stay here again. It was so convenient to just park and walk to all the great coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants.

Amazing Stay

This house had everything we needed and more and is extremely spacious to accommodate our large framily. Our kids also really enjoyed the loft that had games, books, and toys. The location was perfect to walk to food and entertainment. We will be staying here again!

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Neighborhood

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Johnson City! We are in town for a wedding and decided to book the house with family, since we're rarely together. It was clean, beautiful, well-appointed, and very comfortable for everyone. We will definitely be booking this house again when we come to visit!

Perfect Home Close to So Much

Wow! This home was the perfect place for our family to stay to celebrate our daughter’s university commencement! The home was exceptionally clean and we all loved the vibe from the decor! The backyard was a lovely space to have our grandson run around and our sons and their families to chill out! Entry was simple and the hosts were very accommodating.The location is so close to a coffee shop and great restaurants! The walk ability was wonderful! It was only about 7 minutes from Milligan University where our daughter was. I highly recommend this home for you and your family!

Great Property for our large group

Perfect for my family!

Thank you for sharing your home. House is decorated so nice. Downstairs very open so we could all be together as a family. Extra’s that were provided, chocolates and popcorn and coffee were great. Lots of games was a plus. Would like to come in warmer weather to use the backyard.

Cozy & Welcoming!

We could not have been happier about our stay here! Beautiful home, incredibly friendly and attentive hosts, and very clean. We had our entire family together here for the first time in 14 years for our sons graduation fromETSU School of nursing! It was a fabulous place to for all of us to comeTogether! Highly recommend!

Wonderful wedding weekend!

We stayed here for our son's wedding (which was wonderful) and the house was the icing on the cake. Absolutely beautiful, super clean and very well appointed. Communication was on-point with Angela for any of the questions we had. The house is super charming and we'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway!

This home is absolutely beautiful and it’s on a charming street just blocks away from restaurants. The home is supplied with any possible needs. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Host was responsive and made sure we had everything we need. We will be back!

Charming home in an equally charming neighborhood

Angela's home is not only beautiful, but CLEAN! The décor is to die for (Angela has great taste)! We stayed with another family and had plenty of room and everything we needed to cook meals, do laundry and play games. The home is close enough to walk to several restaurants, which we enjoyed. To top it all off, Angela was quick to respond when I had a question and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. We look forward to staying again should we return to Johnson City.

Nice big house in Johnson City

The house was very clean and nice and was big enough for our crew but a bit creaky. The communication was good and bad in a sense. They sent emails telling you the house rules and check-in/check-out procedures in a timely manner. However, they said to contact them if we needed anything and we did, but got no response. The third floor is accessed by a very small spiral staircase.

Beyond Perfect

Our stay at the Maple Manor was truly wonderful! Our family was staying in the area for a family reunion and it met our needs over and beyond. We had a total of 10 people, including two babies and had plenty of room for sleeping, visiting, watching football and preparing meals. Everything was very clean and neat and the neighborhood was nice for walking. A great bakery/ breakfast venue was a 5 minute walk. Definitely deserves the highest rating.

This property is one of the best I've ever rented. The location was perfect. The home is gorgeous, clean, well-provisioned and in an ideal location. The neighborhood is safe and minutes from ETSU campus and downtown.

Neat House in a Great Location

We had a great stay for our kids' ETSU graduation weekend. There was plenty of space indoors and out for all of us to gather. The house is also well equipped with everything you could need.

Perfection

We have nothing but good to say about this home and the hosts. The place was close to downtown (note-there are trains that frequently go through downtown so you can hear the whistles), clean, well maintained and had everything we could need to enjoy our stay. The beds were super comfortable and the space was great for our party of 8, including 3 kids who were ages 3 and under. Angela was very responsive to our needs and even bought a crock pot so I didn't have to bring one from home! Thanks for a great stay. We will be back should we ever have to come back to Johnson City.

Wonderful home for our large family gathering

This home allowed our extended family to gather to cook, eat and play together! We could never have done this if we had stayed in a hotel.
