"Excellent place to stay not far about 10-15 minutes drive from Perth Airport. Comfortable studio room and bathroom. No need of the kitchen facilities as I got a great pizza takeaway from across the road. The reception had a list of food options which was good. A short walk up to Midland shopping centre. Super quiet room 503B so I slept well after a long flight. There was no parking available here so parked at the adjacent car park using the Easy park app which I downloaded on arrival quite...

"I stayed 2 nights, bf and airport transfers included. David is a polite and reliable host. Bf is in a very spacy room but on a very small "table", fridge is as well avaiable. A bigger table for bf and for more than one person would be a desireable "feature". Overall a good stop-over opportunity very close to the airport. I would like to come back next time."

"It was a motel at hotel prices. Room was clean, but it is ageing. More importantly, the room was not sound proofed. Guildford sits right under the flight path, so we were woken by very low aircraft from very early in the morning. The pub was cool, but this was definitely a country pub with a motel attached, despite the rates and proximity to the city. It was okay. Might stay again, as it is close to my brother's house, but only if there is a good deal on rooms."

"Great location. Definitely one of the better hostels in this area. It was pretty clean but a little noisy on the weekends, which is understandable as most people are looking for a social scene!"

"Fantastic stay but didn't expect it to be anything less. From the lady at reception to the cleaning staff everything is perfect. Beds are amazing and very comfortable, bathroom is spacious, shower hot and well maintained. Microwave, fridge and full set of dishes are a bonus. Checking in online makes the ease of arriving and being given your room key flawless. Highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Perth."
