We spotted lots of wildlife including birds, deers and a koala. Matthew was an exceptional host who was responsive and friendly. We were a bit surprised how far we were from the beach as for some reason we thought it was a quick easy walk. Worth noting there are two steps from the living to the kitchen area which may be tricky for some people."

Comfortable beds and bath, nicely furnished, light and cheerful. Lots of back roads to explore and several good meals at the Perch. Couldn’t have been nicer!"

"Equipment - TVs, disc players drastically need updating. For the rates charged the present arrangements are simply not good enough, especially as the site is so isolated. Instructions to operate the spa in the studio would be a good idea - we never did solve that one! It would be good if the spa jets in Bedroom 1 worked!!! A fridge needs to be located in the kitchen. I found it annoying to have to trek to the utility area whilst cooking. Management needs to advise guests of the isolation...
