"From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top. The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities. "The hotel is a pretty new one. The room is nice and well facilitated, but the service at their front desk, restaurant, and public area are unqualified--not internationally, very localized, and sometimes rude. They do not offer shuttle service to any nearby spots; as this hotel is very far from the downtown and commercial area in "Binjian district" of Hangzhou City, it is very difficult to get a taxi for the hotel and very high cost to take taxi for every places you go in the city."
