"It is a nice property but very pricey I must say. service can be better, it took us some time at the reception. Also their cart service is very slow. Good and rooms are top notch. "

"We had an amazing family stay at this retreat set in a lush 3-acre garden with a serene fish pond. The big swimming pool was the highlight—both children and adults enjoyed it thoroughly, along with the loungers, mobile bar, and outdoor shower. Evenings with friends and family were special as we enjoyed BBQ, tasty food, and a hearty breakfast the next morning. "The hotel staff at reception was good. But roon was not at all what we see in the pictures. It was shabby, bed sheeta were vwry old and not clean. Hotel itself in need of major repairs , plasters were coming off , door paints was in bad condition. May be thata what you get in this price. But cleanliness doesn't need a high price. "

"No consiguen tener un servicio de atención al cliente constante entre todos los empleados algunos atienden muy bien, y otros no tanto pero seguramente es porque nadie les explicó porque voluntad creo que tienen. También noté que conversa mucho entre ellos en los diferentes sectores cuidando al cliente y a comer a los dos restaurantes me sorprendió que en el restaurante japonés dos o tres personas levantando los brazos para ser atendidos a la consulta que tenía.
Bueno términos generales está bien, que no se malinterprete pero para la cantidad de trabajadores que hay en nueva Delhi queriendo trabajar en ese hotel deberían estar todos alineados/
