"I enjoyed the pool and spa. The room was spacious and well maintained. However, the best thing I appreciated is the kindness of the staff. All staff were nice, but Leo Liu helped me amazingly. He asked me if I needed anything and made sure that I was enjoying the facilities and activities. He made my day. Really appreciated it. Because of him, everything at the hotel went smoothly."

"酒店很乾淨，服務很好，早餐是自助形式的,有好多選擇。 地方離國家森林公園很近，滴滴過去大概十分鐘左右。 美中不足是附近正在修路封路，行程導致有所改變。 下次有機會再去也會住這個，因為旁邊的高鐵站快完工，會更加方便:)"

"They charged me again when I checked out. I realized this and the staff assured me that the charge was reversed and everything was in order, fine and the payment was not complete. Despite this, I just received the VISA receipt and finally they DID THE CHARGE. I tried to communicate with them unsucefully, the customer service is zero. I thought the service should be better, considering is a Crowne Plaza, but I was wrong..."

"Our experience at The Westin was truly wonderful. The front desk receptionist kindly upgraded us to a larger room, which was spacious, very comfortable, and had one of the most relaxing beds we’ve ever slept on. He also helped us with a late check-out and was extremely courteous and professional. The breakfast buffet was excellent — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, where we enjoyed a fantastic pizza. The manager offered us a special promotion with Aperol Spritz and was incredibly friendly. The service provided by Fans and Bella was outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuine. Overall, this hotel far exceeds expectations — you really get much more than what you pay for. Highly recommended!"
